Dotti unfortunately has had many health issues over the past ten years. Her poor health and constant struggle to maintain a normal weight should give caution to anyone about to follow her advice. Reading her husband's blog you realize their biggest concern is what fast food fix they are going to enjoy next

Spend sometime on this site and you will find plenty of information and tools to help you along your way to lose weight.
As a side note the point plus I refer to is the new weight watchers program. Dotti's can be used in conjunction with weight watchers and all the great things they offer.
I'm not sure about today but she kept a wonderful list of most restaurants and what the WW points they were. So dependable and up to dat. She was great!
