We ordered a custom build DVR server and after payment was submitted we start hearing about: bad weather, broken car, foot surgery and some other BS. As other people on here said, the refund was processed, but never complete and we haven't seen our money or server for over a year now...

Again on 6/10/2017 I was prompted on my LinkedIn account about Robert Streeter starting a new business called: NC PARTNERS OF LA, LLC and Robert is the "CEO" of this company. Funny since I just received an OH BBB that he was out of business and bankrupt and could not pay back his stolen prepaid money put out for hardware... Supposedly this business is in Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area and supposed NC Partners is Hiring... so don't be scammed by this scam artist.

We gave 6 orders to the lying thief Bob Streeter of RSJ Wholesale, DVR Systems, starting last November 2016. He filled 1 and most of a 2nd, then the rest he lied to me for 4 months, even had the nerve to make fake shipping labels, told me they were picked up, and he continued to lie about it for months, finally I realized this thief had no intention of making good on this. Bob Streeter is a criminal and has years of ripping people off. DVR Systems is a scam, RJS Wholesale is a scam, Robert "Bob" Streeter is a lying thief and its time to put this scumbag in prison.

I bought some License plate capture cameras on October 18,2014 but they sent me some cheap Chinese $#*!. I did talk to its owner Bob Streeter and He told me he will send me the replacement but after 60 days he stopped responding to my emails and phone calls because I cannot even claim refund from american express.
Avoid them, they are claiming american products but they are selling all Chinese cheap stuff.

Last August I bought a 16 channel NVR for $764. Tried to pay with AMEX but was given some story about company expanding, and I had to send a check.

NVR worked 5 months and started a FIRE. Cheap knockoff melted inside. I also bought 8 cameras but they were cheap Chinese knockoffs, not Hickavision. Sent them back but no refund for 7 months. Multiple e-mails and promises of refund. Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow.
Luckily I have family who is a lawyer in Ohio so I will SUE HIM.
STAY AWAY--- RIP OFF ARTIEST.

I purchased some equipment from DVR Systems on April 7,2014 PAID IN FULL at the time of purchase. By April 21 my order still had not shipped, so I cancelled part of the order and bought elsewhere. When cancelling, Bob Streeter told me he would refund the amount of the cancelled equipment to my credit card. May, June, July, August after many emails and phone calls - still no refund. We are now midway through September, and finally I filed a complaint with the BBB - still no refund. To my suprise, there were 4 other complaints filed in 2014 ALONE! Avoid doing business with Bob Streeter and DVR Security Systems! Look elsewhere!

I bought a system 4-17-17 one camera has went down & now the whole system is down! Never was satisfied with system, night vision sucked, nvr was a pain to work with! I spent almost 6,000 dollars with this crook & got junk in return! I am coming for bob if he don't return my money in full! I willing to spend what it takes to bring this cheat to justice! He has changed name to north country cctv also have his cell number, blow it up *******019 let him know what crook he is!
