Contacted customer service to see if they could help me find their 2430 battery in bulk. We had to move as my husband is a disabled Veteran and has cancer and the condo we bought all the windows have battery operated blinds which are costing alot of money. The representative from Duracell didn't offer to help us at all.was very disappointed as we have used their products for years.feels like their customers doesn't matter.
Quality have been gone from Duracell batteries. They are leaking soon and damage the device. I decide to not buy any Duracell battery again as they scrap many things when leaking. Cost me a lot. Remote control, camera, flashlight and many toy for the kids.
Not a good battery for longtime storage P O S waste of money must be made in china.
Stay with the energizer bunny.
I bought a 48 pack of Duracell AA batteries at Sam's Club in Grand Junction Colorado. The whole package was completely dead. I called Duracell and was told " we don't refund under any circumstance ". I have not purchased a Duracell battery since and I have told everyone I know my experience with Duracell. I doubt anyone I told has purchased a Duracell product...shame on you!
Good battery last a while. But 2 stars due to there we use to get 8 in a pack not 6 so bad job. Do better
I started buying rechargeable batteries a few years ago. They were a green color, making it very easy to distinguish between regular and rechargeable batteries. I went to buy some rechargeable ones today, and they are now brown, just like the regular ones. They are very expensive and I refused to buy them because I'm afraid my family will think they are the regular ones and just throw them away! Why would they change the color of them to confuse people? I'll just start buying the Amazon brand. They're half the price.
I have bought Duracell for 30 years. The commercial with the race car and screaming child has made me decide I will by Energizer Batteries from now on so as not to have to deals with that type of advertisement.
This leakage problem has been going on since 2004. It is obvious that duracell does not care about their customers! In 2023, four of ten AA batteries leaked ruining two $30 black light flashlights, a specialty item for finding fluorescent rocks at night. Don't buy this junk! Signed ex-customer
I used to really like Duracell batteries but lately they are always leaking which ultimately ruins my devices. I have had to replace several items so now I have stopped using them. I even had some that leaked still in the pack years before their expiration date. Done with Duracell!
The batteries just do NOT accept or keep a charge. I just recharged the new rechargeable batteries and put them in my Microsoft ARC mouse and they show up at 4% charge remaining! I paid more to buy duracell and they are worthless! I contacted duracell and they did NOTHING! I will NEVER buy a duracell product. (these were made in china) We will not buy things made in china and if there is no alternative we will just go without. Enough of companies selling junk and NOT standing behind their product.
I have had several lately to leak, not old out of date ones. Several just to run down and not w/constant usage. I used to think they were the best. Switched to Energizers. They really suck, a rip off. Used mostly for business.
I have trusted Duracell copper top batteries for many years. They have been powerful and long lasting. However, within this past year I have had many of the AA and AAA batteries leaking and damaging my devices, even while still providing power. They have leaked in 4 remote controls, a camera, and my aviation headset. When I reset 3 battery operated clocks in November I found that the Duracell's were leaking even though the clocks were still running. I should have given a 1 star rating, because if the battery leaks and ruins a $1000.00 noise canceling headset while still powering it, it is just not acceptable, no matter how powerful they are.
This is a 1000 lumen flashlight with three different lighting modes made of high grade aluminum very sturdy well worth the price. It is a Duracell so it's available at several different places
BOUGHT DURCELL BATTERYS FOR YEARS THEN ALL THE SUDDEN I BOUGHT A PACK OF DEFECTIVE BATTERYS AND MY DEER CAMERA EXPLODED ALMOST CAUSED MY HOUSE TO GO ON FIRE! IF I DIDNT CHECK MY CAMERA BEFORE BED MY HOUSE WOULD HAVE BEEN ON FIRE!
DURCELL CUSTOMER SERIVCE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY NOT ANOTHER BATTERY FROM DURCELL I WILL PAY MORE FOR OTHER BATTERYS! I CANNNOT BELIEVE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE PRODUCT! SADLY I HAD TO RATE IT A 1 BUT DESERVES A 0!
I purchased 2032 3V batteries 8 pack. It shows "Child Secure + bitter coating". I can't get into the package with scissors, knives etc. they not only have the cardboard but each battery is enclosed in an individual plastic casing that is so tight to the batter that I can't get it out without seriously scratching the battery thus causing potential leakage and blowout. I contacted Duracell only to be told that the batteries are set up to be child proof. Child and Adult proof. Then the gave me "storage" instructions. Seriously POOR customer service and support. NOT a fan of Duracell anymore!
I am purchase duracell battery and use just 15 minutes and product seems like full on heat. And wanders not provide satisfied solutions and I west my money and time. Fake product and fake company don't use this type of company product.
There is no doubt that Duracell offers a great selections of high quality batteries, but their prices can sometimes be very expensive. I still use their alkaline batteries, but for lead-acid, I now use Canbat, which has been great.
Duracell has always been one of my number one choices when it came to alkaline batteries, but man they are super expensive!
Duracell has good quality, especially in calcium batteries. Lead acid batteries are good too, but better value from other brands
I bought one of their older model 15 minute battery chargers. I wasn't sure if the problem was with the charger, the batteries or the device I was using the batteries in. I tend to think it was the latter. However, after writing them, they quickly responded and I felt they were very fair. My only concern is that I didn't see much improvement in the newer longer lasting AA batteries vs. the standard. Either way, I like their batteries and the charger will just keep charging on.
