Dunkin' Donuts

The young girl at the window told me they do not have change when I gave her a $10 bill so needless to say I did bot get any change back from my order! That is unacceptable that they cannot give you your change from your order! So I guess the change I did not get back goes towards her tip? Also I asked for whipped cream on my drink which she even read back to me on my order but dud not put on my drink! The staff ar this location is incompetent! I will post this on social media and will certainly not return!

I give up. After the fourth time they (off exit 62) did not have any hot fudge (in morning or evening) it just isn't worth it for me to waste the gas.

Do you know how many times I have drove to get a dunkin' donuts buy a nice fresh donut only to have the girl at the speaker say we have no bake goods today. What the heck? Then I have to sit in line behind the other people that are ordering and wait till they're done in order to get the heck out of there. What happened to the donuts? What's going on? Don't advertise donuts if you don't have donuts. It is happening all the time at least for me it's happened at least 10 times in the last year.
Absolutely pathetic. No baked goods at a baked good place. What's wrong with this picture?

Overhyped and overpriced. Poor quality donuts in a busy and inconvenient place. Neither worth the time nor the money! Never again!

Manager at anglers Ave n Griffin road. Location knocked on the bathroom door and said each person has 7 minutes to use the bathroom...what? When I came out there was nobody waiting, straight up harassment!

I ordered a large regular coffee and it surprised me the it cost over $3.001 use to go there regularly but coffee right up the street at Scotters is just $1.07 for a large coffee

I have been to this location several times. The service level is terrible, frequently get the wrong coffee. In one instance they asked me to drive to the 2nd window to get my food. I sat there and counted four cars behind me leaving with their orders. I ended up having to knock on the window several times before getting their attention. Their response was "we forgot." I do not go to this location anymore, I drive past it and drive another 4-5 miles to get to a better Dunks!

Bought a dozen donuts last week, the owner at 3207 Lake Ave #4A, Wilmette, IL *******, told me need to pay first, don't go there. The owner is not nice.

Business hrs clearly indicate 5am opening time. It's 5:11 and I'm standing in line watching the most relax worker take her sweet time. When I asked when she would open.5:15. What's the point of getting an early job if you don't want to wake up on time.

Went to dunkin' donuts and newport news fort eustis and almost was assaulted by employee because they got my order wrong Employee when as far as to call Emmy outside, which was ironic, because I was already outside in my car. This Dunkin Donuts restaurant is quaint. The workers go out of their way to satisfy the customers. Most of the time there are customers who come here on a daily basis. The staff is always smiling and do work diligently to fulfill mobile orders as well as in store requests. The team is absolutely working with all types of challenges with customer orders and fills the orders as the customer specifies. KUDOS< KUDOS KUDOS to all the staff.

Steer clear of the Dunkin in Rock Hill NY they charge 75% to 100% more than the others. Order a pumpkin muffin on the app, they will charge $6.02 the one in Monticello NY $2.49! An XL coffee is 4.03, it's $3.19 in Monticello. Plus they skimp on using the flavor. Terrible place, do not recommend it.

Three phones call hang ups from them, 3 hrs later the problem is not resolved! It was a simple refund that never got back in my account. They say they reversed it, bank says they didnt, so fraud report I go! Somebody at dunkin has my 50.00! I hate your company now. Three hours and got nowhere!

Dunkin in Mount Holly NC. Inside your store and workers inside are wonderful but that young girl that was working this morning on 11/16/2023@ 8:35. Worse customer service ever. It killed her to be at the window. Attitude, no straw for drinks. Wouldn't speak up in interkom and attitude at the window.

Stopped by the brand new location in Abingdon, Virginia. I had a single plain donut and could have kicked myself for wasting 2 bucks on something that wasn't worth a quarter. Never again. Now I know why they're called "Dunkin". That's what I did with 2 bucks...flushed it! I could have bought a whole box of fresh baked at the grocery store. It taste like a$$! Poor quality.

Those omelet bites and much needed snacking bacon o coffee had my own was $8.39! I asked if that was a mistake! Uh, never going back EVER! Will cook my own. And...no more ham in the wake up wraps?! My love affair with DD has come to an end!

My most recent visits were on 12/29/23 and 12/31/23. My first stop on my way to Pittsburgh I asked for a caramel swirl iced coffee with 2 xtra shots of the caramel swirl liquid sugar and cream. What I got was a cup of bland Iced coffee. I make a mental note never to stop again at that location but gave them another chance on the morning of the 31st. I ordered a medium coffee w cream sugar an ice cube and 1 blueberry muffin. The muffin literally fell apart as I te it and the coffee tasted so stale I couldn't drink it let alone I ordered a medium and got a small.
I am done. Seems like no matter where I go I get disgusting coffee and my order is wrong. As much as we pay for a coffee it dam well better be right! Maybe once the majority goes to Starbucks or a other establishment Dunkin will hire people who atleast graduated high school and can follow simple directions.

In my area you can't pull through a drive-thru with your debit card or they'll double charge you. And what's with their cups what are they stupid. I buy four cups a day every time they come out the window they drip all over my car. There is nothing else worth buying in their store but coffee and they can't even do that right.

I love DD i think there is so much potential BUT everywhere i go i have issue. In EVERY damn store are people who has no idea what they're doing, young kids who are acting like it's their first day in work.SUPER unprofessional! Everywhere i go they always messed up my order, burn my sandwiches or forget something what I paid for. I thought its just one store but no, it's ALL Dunkin's store. I've been trying to use the app for 3 1/2 years since I met my gal and get her $20 worth of Dunkin/month. I end up going into the store to have a clerk do the order for me! The store personnel also tell me they don't like the app either. In 3 1/2 years I only have 277 points b/c I don't get points in the store. They should be ashamed of their poor rating b4 mine! BEWARE!

Very disappointing BEC (bacon egg cheese) from Dunkin Donuts today. I used to work there as a teenager and had enough pride to serve food well
