This cash back program is the worst. I had over 1200 dollars and then it went down to zero. Then they put back 800 but the site will not allow you to transfer your money. All they say, is sorry for the inconvenience and this will be corrected shortly. Well, I don't know their definition of shortly, but its been 3 months now. I would recommend Ebates which is a great cash back program. I would rate Dubli zero stars if that was an option

Dubli does not pay the cash back as promised. I requested my Available Cash Back on February 2017. In spite of repeated requests they finally gave me my money back in May 2017.

Also I have a pending Cash back on my account since May 2016 and every time request them, they copy and paste the same verbiage as reply, blaming the merchant.
Also I requested that I will call them at their convenience to clarify. They rejected my request out right.
Very bad service.
No point in doing business with such people.

I signed up for Dubli in January and they said I would have my money within 90 days. It is now June 9th, and still no money.

I email them at least every 3rd day asking, and they have a different excuse each time. Their latest excuse is they are migrating a new system. They said that over a month ago.

They cannot/will not give me any time frame. Last email I sent I asked will I have it by July, August or even by the end of the year? Their answer was, we'll send this to management for review.
