Hi, I just want to know about this Dubli, as my father is using this since 2 months and there is lots of cashback present in pending state. My query is did he will get this amount really because I am worried as he took the membership in $99. Please help me out in this. Thanks.

My recommendation is to stay away. I have $1700 accumulated over the years and have not been able to get them to pay.
