Dubai visa online WhatsApp support assured me I would have my visa approved. After paying for the Dubai visa online, they put my application on hold for 2 weeks. Now I understand they just waited for the card payment to finalize so I couldn't recall it.
One morning, I received an email stating that my visa had been rejected. Dubai visa online never responded to my emails or WhatsApp messages, but I could see someone instantly reading those messages.
It is a fraud. They are just stealing our money. Stay away
Dubai Visa Center (dubaivisa. Center) is just a scammer. They cheated with me. I applied for UAE single entry tourist visa from this company's online portal. They shown me visa cost is $140 and their service charge is $26; but when I applied they charged me $605 and told me rest money for refundable Security Deposit. Their commitment was visa will approve within 3-4 days. But after paid money they did not replied me, I sent them tons of email. After 10-days they asked me more $150 for visa approval and insurance. I told them I will purchase travel insurance myself and I did it. But they did not give me any visa document or refund money. I am going to DISPUTE in my bank for their cheating.
Be careful about this scam company. I already report Dubai Police, but I don't know what will police do?
They deliver me the visa within two days. The service was very good. I will recommend this site for Dubai visa as you get the visa on only 100 or 120 US dollar, which I found expensive on other sites.
This company says it gives expert advice but failed to advise us that there were no tourist visa costs at present for us. Instead they took a lot of money from us to process a visa that we did not need. No genuine advice given

They have ruined my trip by not giving me the visa! After I paid, they contacted me and asked for $340 for insurance. I got my insurance from another company and sent them but they said, I have to get the insurance through them only otherwise they won't give me the visa. This is totally scam! Save yourself from dealing with these scammers! They have multiple website for scamming people and under all these websites there is an insurance company in Dubai that runs these visa websites. Basically it's a bait and switch to sell their insurance! I have already filed a complaint and I'm in the process of suing this insurance company as they own the merchant account.

In their website they mention visa application to dubai takes 3-4 days. I have applied more than 7 days a go. They keep telling me wait on your application. They mention they submitted the visa to the Dubai embasy, which sounds strange. In which county they applied to the dubai embassy they refuse to answer. They do not give me an information about my application ID. I do not recommend them. Not credible.
This site are thieves and scammers. They took my payments and never processed my visa application. Sania never even replied to my visa. All the 5 stars reviews are the ones they created themselves. Crooks!
I applied for a 2 visas for my mother and father in law who are elder people and are coming to visit us because my wife is about to have a baby. All I wanted is to get the application submitted as soon as possible. The 3 days passed and when i got in touch with them they said we will submit after 10 days. I explained that the tickets will be expired before that then they said can we cancel your application. And after a min they canceled it. Very useless they wasted my time and frustrated me keep me following up for a week i would have got my visa long ago by applying directly to government. Don't waste your time with dubaivisa.com. It's usless.
