Communication was minimal throughout the process, but what made me furious was the shipping process. The owner, Danny druk put my car on a trailer with his shipper, without my knowledge, or consent. The shipper I had hired was simply told the car was gone. After a long phone call of excuses and bs from danny druk himself, I spent all weekend with 0 information and on Tuesday was told I was expected to pay for his shipper, or he would take the car back. I paid solely to get my car off the heap of a trailer Danny claimed he personally saw my car loaded onto. Dirty straps rubbed marks into all tires. Do not trust this dealership.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. That is about all I can say. I bought a truck from this place in July and I have had nothing but issues with it since I bought it. The transmission is about the only thing that is not broken on it. Unfortunately I am in a financial position where I am stuck now, and am completely backwards on this truck. I have had to have over $5,000.00 of things replaced, most recently was the back end wheel bearings. This $1200. 00 bill for just the right bearing was kind of my last straw. I still have to get the other one completed. I would highly recommend taking any vehicle that you purchase here to a mechanic before you buy it. That was my mistake, and now I have a truck that I can barely drive, and I am still staring down another 2-3 thousand dollars of repairs that I have to fix. I realized in the beginning once I took it to a mechanic that I would never be able to sell it for what I bought it for, so my only option was to slowly fix all the issues. I also would never sell a truck for that amount of money with so many things wrong with it to an unassuming person. That wouldn't be very honest would it.
I bought a 2015 VW Passat from Druk Auto Sales and the warranty was AS/IS... Within 2000 miles I noticed the heater was not working in very cold temps. The VW dealer (Park Place Motors Rochester Mn.) told me the heater core was bad and the repair bill was going to be $995.00. I went to Druk Auto in person and asked for help with the cost of the repair, the salesmen said he would talk to the owner I called back a few days later the salesmen had no answer yet I called back a week later and the salesmen said sorry there is nothing Druk Auto can do and there excuse was "they can't catch everything that could be wrong with the car and they are a whole sale dealer".
As a business owner myself I stand behind my work and my products. I did not expect Druk Auto to pay the hole bill or even half the bill but I did expect something it could have been as little as $100 and I would have been happy but doing absolutely nothing is like getting told... we don't give a f**k about our products or our customers!
My experience on our 7 inoperable car deal, was a deal was agreed upon for all vehicles then comes and renigs on original agreed upon deal to cut off another $6grand. Not happy with this and wouldn't deal again with Druk.
