I bought a 2015 VW Passat from Druk Auto Sales and the warranty was AS/IS... Within 2000 miles I noticed the heater was not working in very cold temps. The VW dealer (Park Place Motors Rochester Mn.) told me the heater core was bad and the repair bill was going to be $995.00. I went to Druk Auto in person and asked for help with the cost of the repair, the salesmen said he would talk to the owner I called back a few days later the salesmen had no answer yet I called back a week later and the salesmen said sorry there is nothing Druk Auto can do and there excuse was "they can't catch everything that could be wrong with the car and they are a whole sale dealer".
As a business owner myself I stand behind my work and my products. I did not expect Druk Auto to pay the hole bill or even half the bill but I did expect something it could have been as little as $100 and I would have been happy but doing absolutely nothing is like getting told... we don't give a f**k about our products or our customers!


Just fly changed the dates we wanted to fly at the last min. Before we hit ok then charged us 225 dollars to cancel flights that we just booked 10 min. Earlier
Always go straight to your airline to book tickets don't use just fly!
