They deliver a defective product to you, you raise the complaint soon after getting the product they will ask every little detail of product and do nothing with it neither they replace the product not they replace third class service

I used orthopaedic pillow. The quality is good. It helped to reduce my neck pain. Would like to buy more products.

They keep incomplete information about product on web and moreover there is no return policy. Moreover their customer support are much worst.
Totally waste of money.

I ordered 2 product they delivered 1 item and I am writing many emails they never response properly. Customer need to pay the entire money at the time of ordering. They never deliver your item and not refunds your money be carefull before ordering the items better go for amazon or flip cart they are honest

They took full payment also ans say that they will ship same day or next day but don't ship ever it's so urgent but

2days ago 8th July 2023 I have received your product Full Body Massage 1021.box already open no any seal.no warranty card, one piece also missing.
Your company has sent me many times used machine delivered.third class product compared to other products quality.I ordered in the name of your company. But sent such a useless product. Used someone sent it to me.I am also sending you all the pictures. I need its solution. Also worst customer service...I will not recommend your company to anyone...

The product is useless and it going to cost you a fortune. I ordered and within no time the medicine chamber got blocked. Left with no other optio i order the medicine chamber as spare part from Dr. Trust site. Their site had mismatched photos and I ended up having wrong spare part that was for 500 rupees. Their customer service is also horrible. They are not willing to exchange for me with correct one that also costs 1200. The product is waste of money

Worst service. Ordered back massager but I got BP monitoring device. It took me 20 days to return since there response through is ver very slow. On call they don't entertain their customers. Worst service they have. Don't order anything from their website. It's almost a month and still not received my product.o

This was really worst company, they taken orders and not delivery on time, customer service support only say dispatch today and this day never come to you, this was fake company, just take amount in advance and wasting your time, be aware this type fake company and Don't waste your money, i faced this hope and shared here. Dr Trust, as the brand name spells out, should have been trustworthy but in actual sense it's not at all customer friendly. I bought Health PAL1 Smartwatch three months ago, it had severe manufacturing defects. After at least a month or so they collected the product with a promise to refund the amount but till date I am doing follow up and sending reminders for getting refund.
And importantly they do not keep any records of pendency on mail rather they insist customers to chat vis WhatsApp so that their inefficiency and non performance is not visible to out side world.
This is just ridiculous...

I purchased Dr. Trust weighing machine. It shows all parameters like Body mass, body mass index,Body Fat ratio,Muscle Rate,Body water,Bone mass, Basal metabolic rate,etc.
These values are very helpful to achieve my weight loss journey. Thanks to Dr Trust. Weighing machine.

Purchased 1 No Dr. Trust Smart BP Monitor and within a month it has started malfunctioning. Tried to contact Nureca's Service team to resolve/replace the device. It seems they do not have a true service dept. One has to communicate in their whatsapp only with no response from them. Tried to reach out to their high officials, however they purposefully did not share any contact details like phone no. Email ID anywhere. Not a trustable product and a company. One should stay away from Dr. Trust and Nureca.

Dont make a order the dr trust products at there web pages.don't buy a Dr trust products they are poor response before making payment showing one date.after making payment showing one date for delivery

Be it product or service, this company clocks being the worst in my diary. Bought a nebulizer and it didn't work from day 1. They refused to service it or return it.

Sents damaged packets
Delivery agents blames on company and this keeps happening vice-versa

Very good product BP Monitor, delivered ahead of schedule, and working very well. This is my second product purchased from Dr Trust in less than six months after I purchased foot massager which is still working very fine.

I purchased a product from them which was never supplied. Their executives failed to check whether it was supplied or not. Then finally they admitted it was sent through bluedart however the tracking code was wrong. Then after waiting for three weeks they gave another number with delhivery which was also wrong. In between I checked their actual reviews and found that they are running a complete sham. They will never repair the product if faulty, and they will not refund the amount as well. Their customer service will always paste same answers on whatsapp. Basically they are frauds. They will delete your comments and block you if they found that you are spreading the truth about them. Please do not buy anything from this fraud company. They have still not refunded the amount after three months of regular calls, messages and emails.

Product reached on-time, massager is good sturdy, easy to use and effective. Good and effective for normal day to day body aches and pain

I ordered last 20 days back for emergency use while purchasing it show next day dispatch and 2 to 3 days delivery.
But, this pandemic situation they taking as advantage to earn money.
Till now I didn't receive the oxygen consontrator, when I will get o don't know, no information from them...
I am very much cheated,
After my requirement full filled, what can i do with this now...
This is to serve people, but D trust taking advantage this situation to earn money...

They prompt to buy the products they don't have. Once payment is done and order placed they keep people hanging. Once the money is used for say 15 days they cancel order one sided.
