I ordered on dec. 7th did not receive product until january 14th. When the product finally arrived it was not even close to what i ordered. Then when i asked for a refund they offered me $10usd, what i paid was $100usd. When i told them that that was unacceptable they then offered $ 14usd. Icannot believe that they can continue to stay in business. I urge everyone to avoid this website unless you have money to throw away. Beyond frustrating!
I have got my jacket, nice service! Customer service is great and very prompt too. One one occasion, the delivery is not very fast. I emailed them and they promptly tell me where my jacket is. Very nice.
