The dresses I ordered form this company were only ok. They didn't look anywhere as nice as they did in the picture. 3 of my 4 bridesmaids dresses had to be majorly altered and one of them looked really bad compared to the picture. I would not recommend this store to anyone just due to the fact that the dresses didn't look like the ones being displayed.
I ordered a dress for my daughter on April 13th as we needed it on May 12th for an event. However, they sent an e-mail to me asking for my street address and it ended up in my junk e-mail box. I didn't realize it was there. Once I saw it, I immediately responded. Also, expressing my concern that they only sent ONE e-mail and didn't attempt to reach me any other time (ex. Phone call). The reason that they contacted me is because they needed my street address. My mailing address was submitted when I placed the order. When I contacted them again with my address, they continued to ask for my street address. We live on a military base and only have a PO Box. Here also live in Japan. We are still looping on this same question and I have answered it. Time is of the essence and now I am disputing my transaction. They don't have a contact number. BEWARE. I wish I had read reviews of this company before I ordered.
