I had originally ordered the wrong color, I called 10 minutes after placing my order and they had my order corrected and shipped the same day. It was correct when it came in the mail as well

Love the huge selection offered

On of the products was packed on a paper envelope contrary to what I had received in previous orders (small plastic bags) I open the envelop thinking that the crystals would be in a plastic bag as I'm used to and ended up loosing lots of them. I guess I need to be more careful next tine. I do not understand why a plastic little bag was not used for this. All other crystals were neatly separated in bags.
