Never had a problem. What you see on the website is exactly what you getting. Shipping was a quick process and checking in to make sure I recieved it and everything was satisfactory is the icing on the cake!

I placed an order on a monday and needed it by Friday in Missouri. I contacted customer service to see if they thought I needed to change my shipping. They said no, it should go out tonight. I didn't hear anything back, so I emailed againTtuesday evening since it hadn't shipped. Then I received an email Wednesday morning and they said it should be fine with the shipping that I would receive it by Monday (that's 3 days after Friday). Then I frantically emailed back and had to change my shipping to expedited. It cost me an additional $25. UGGH. My friends ordered on Monday and received theirs on time with no additional shipping. I feel like they purposely didn't ship mine to charge the extra shipping.

As a Missouri dance mom, I like that I'm purchasing from a local company. They are extremely reliable and help me cut costs. Not once have I ever had to wonder if my order would arrive on time. Definitely a recommended vendor.
I was happy to find products that I could not find at my local bead shops. The ordering process, product selection,checkout,and delivery were great. I prefer to use PayPal when purchasing on line and that was available. The packaging was very well done.
My shopping experience was a breeze. Dreamtime has a large selection and even a few hard to find Swarovski crystals. The site was easy to navigate with no problem. Will definitely shop again.
