Always good service and very quick delivery. Although my no strings attached coupon for extremely delayed order after thanksgiving wasn't no strings if it had an expiration date for s week later - I didn't need another order in a week and couldn't use the coupon on my January order. That was disappointing.

The only thing that prevents a full 5 stars was an order that I got with some broken heart shaped crystals. They were replaced but we requested rush shipping free of charge and were denied. So our customer had to wait twice as long because we didn't have the pieces to complete the order.

Have been looking for these items for quite awhile. Great collection of swarovski items.

I love you guys! Unfortunately, i recieved a broken item, and my point back rinestones i got with my points ended up being something i dont event know what it is, its not a crystal though. So that was sad.
