Always easy - great page and great service

Hope it arrives in the 3 days need them soon when my order arrived it was 10 pieces short of the 288 that should have been in the order

The website was easy to use, and my products arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.

Very satisfied with products and customer service, but having paid priority mail would expect faster delivery

Received on time and in good condition, but did not come with any instructions. Had to google.

First time ordering crystals so I was a little confused. Pictures are great to compare. Unfortunately even with pictures I did not order the right color needing a solid dark black which is not what I ordered.I will order again as my experience was not bad just the first time ordering crystals and didn't realise a difference.
