I made 6 deposits on rocket casino and opted in for a bonus and I never received any. Contacted customer service and was given answers that had nothing tp do with the question I asked and was told I lived outside the country, when in fact I live in Connecticut where online gambling is legal. Don't waste your money or time with this nonsense.

DraftKings is absolutely horrible while playing live blackjack it kicks you off probably twice a day if you play frequently and they say it's due to checking location. Also customer service doesn't seem to care whatsoever.

So I got caught in a total misconception of a wager. Everyone knows that a throwing TD is a legit stat for an NFL QB. I bet that Justin Fields would score 2 TD's or more. So after he threw his second TD to DJ Moore I checked my account. In small parentesis was stated (A touchdown scorer is the player in possession of the ball in the opposing endzone (not the player who throws the ball). WHAT?

When you first see the wager there is NO FINE PRINT!.It just says Justin Fields to score 2 TD's or more. I sent screen shots to customer support showing them this but the just fed me this line of bull$#*!.

I can confirm that all touchdown scorer bets are based on the player who carries the ball into the end zone. Quarterbacks who throw the pass for a touchdown will not be credited as an anytime touchdown scorer.

Everybody that follows football knows that a throwing TD is the main stat for a QB. Why in Gods name would I bet that a QB would be the one to possess the ball over the goal line twice or more?. Had I know that I for sure would have bet a WR on the Bears instead. Draftkings can kiss my $#*!...I took my balance out and deleted my account. I am also selling the stock I own on Friday! They are a $#*! company and I want no part of them ever again. STAY AWAY From these scumbags and go somewhere else! I have enclosed a photo of what you see when you are going to bet a QB for scoring 2 or more and also what you see after you make the bet...SCUMBAGS!

You probably won't have problems with Draft Kings, until you try to make a Withdrawl! At that point they will throw up roadblocks, and reasons not to send your $$$. Their standard line they use on everybody is, "there is suspicious activity involving your account, so we can not honor your request. $#*! DraftKings!

I won a bet that would have paid me. Almost $200 that Philadelphia's Bohm would get a hit with 4 other players they all got hits. They said he didn't and I have screenshots proving he did they are cheaters that don't like to pay when you win fair and square use bet mgm or fandul they pay what you win and not cheat great customers

Don't put money in it used to be ok now they don't call u back just lock ur acct won't unlock so u can go to better online gaming FANDUEL IS GREAT don't waste ur money on DRAFTKINGS SCAM

My account get restricted and for months now they keep asking for the same info to be sent in. I'll send it in then they will say it's being reviewed. Couple weeks ago by il email back swing what's going on. Then they ask for the same info as I sent in. There not trying to help me play there just taking advantage of a mentally handicapped individual like they have to others before

I've found their customer service to be helpful and knowledgeable and their promotions pretty fair. They definitely do a better job than any of the other online sportsbooks that I've used (and I've tried out quite a few). DraftKings is the only one I'm sticking with long term.

You can dump a lot of money in the site and never get free play only told check your promos and all based on you depositing more money, their not player friendly,stay away!

I withdrew 30k$ on Friday, it was accidentally sent to my old bank account that is now closed. I confirmed with Huntington bank yesterday that they recieved and sent back the 30k to draft kings. This money is not back in my account. Customer service has been horrible at helping me. The first time I talked to them they told me it would take 3 business days to return. The next time I talked to them, they said 8 days. The last time I talked to them they said 10 days. They haven't offered a casino bonus or anything for the inconvenience. I'm not sending more money until this is resolved. I play almost every day, I have wagered over a half million this year alone. It doesn't make sense to send more money until this is resolved. Am I not a valued customer? Be careful with this app, they sure don't make me wait to deposit money, but my withdrawals are a completely different story! Please be careful with draft kings!

I spent over $1000 a week and I never win anything back. The promos are terrible. I think I'm gonna just stick with FanDuel and MGM grand casino. At least they give me more of my lost backs and they give me more wins draft king lately just been taking my money so I think I'm done.

I placed my $10 bet won $101 then as I went to withdraw the money to my bank account I get an email saying suspicious activity to my draft king account now they want a selfie of me holding my drivers license up to my face as well as a full entire bank statement with my account numbers address and account history I would not bet any money with draft kings you will not play hell trying to get your money I'm going to dispute the original charge to my bank BEWARE SCAM

DraftKings: Well I placed an entry in which could have possibly won and I placed it days before the game. Thursday night game. Game starts I open the app and my entry is gone and they deposited my money back into their account. Wtf is going on then I reach out to 24/7 support which does not exist at all. So I can make bets and then they can cancel them when game time starts? I didn't withdraw I didn't ask for my money back I bet it and days ago now the bet and any record of it is gone.

Before draft kings took over Scoreboard app of OREGON was exllelent, it was cool, now I can't even log into the site, my pH is good, internet, there site lags sooooo HARD, lost $$ Due to how slow the site was trying 2 process,, CHILD'S PLAY, figure the site out DRAFT KINGS, 4 THE LUV OF GOD

So I complained about a game that dragt kings has called the Rocket. So this game is "connection problems " right. It just so happens that it does it when you bet big or about to win big. Either way they shut my account down 4 months for the end of the year when my tier status was going up after I hit 90,000. I am ******* short and my account is suspended for 3 months. Tell me how this right. Not to mention all the bets that I didn't get to play or didn't get reimbursed for them.I have spent thousand with this site. So be were they scam artist
