I bet on over 43.5 yards on d. Robinson. Then I went on with my day, checked after game and I lost even though he had 44 yards. Dk changed my bet as it was processing to 44.5. And now they won't fix it. All over $30 dollars. Attached is card I pick my bets from and follow to the T. I have had over ten conversations with draft kings with no solution. What a joke!

I made a 25 dollar deposit for the 2.25 millionaire fantasy pool and the picks I made it then I hit submit an it deleted my picks and gave me picks I didn't even make my user name is LR600.don't ever play this event it just takes your money.I picked both of the running backs of the Cleveland browns K. Not nearly enough attention paid to the powerful addiction that ruins lives. Thousands are already facing financial ruin. They become desperate to find more money to change everything, including stealing from family, but that never happens.
Access is simply too damn easy.
This is a very irresponsible way for you guys to make money without regard to the lives you are ruining.

They refuse to allow me to withdrawl my funds. I have escalated the matter and they respond with a canned response. I tried other methods and all have been blocked on withdrawls. Then the app keeps failing by glitching off each and everytime. Do not use them if you want to keep your money safe. Avoid them at all costs.

They are big SCAM, I made a new account and deposited $500 now I ma total $1500 so they locked my account and asked for DP for verification, I uploaded then asked for DP in my hand with face pic so I uploaded again. Now they asked for bank statements so I uploaded. This way I gave them 3 months old bank statements, my Hard Rock and Borgata account details and much more information. Finally they are asking for Jan 2024 full bank statement which is not possible to get on Jan 8,2024. It is possible only in Feb 2024.
They don't give your money back no matter what. They are big SCAM.

Draftkings feeds you false information. I've lost so many under bets thinking there's under 4 minutes and 16 points needed then when I make the bet there's 6 minutes left and they need 10 points

Before today I would of gave them maybe a 4.I never write a bad review I would rather write a good one But I have to do this because I know what is right!
I opt into a promo I think it was a three day two level progressive promotional. It ended om 1/1/2024 they told me there were no such promo. Well I watched it for the days that I played it. I was only at the first level and it was stating at the top of this promo with the total of what was played plus what I have won so far. But they say there were no such promo. Other words I'm lying. My husband and I have been in business for a good 30 years. If we would say or treat our customers that way we wouldn't have a business.

Beware of Draftkings! Two times they withheld my withdrawal and did not communicate with me through email or anything else to tell me. I had to contact them and ask why my withdrawals had not been deposited into my bank account. The email I received when I did the withdrawals stated will be in your account within 24 hours. After that didn't happen those two times because the other times it was there, I was told my account was being reviewed. One time it was for me saying your email states I will get the deposit into my bank account in 24 hours. I didn't get it so I contacted them and said it has been over 30 hours and the withdrawals are not in my bank account. I said I have paid bills with it because it is always there. I was told they flagged my account because I said I was paying bills with it. Here is the email I received as their response and had to answer questions before the money was released to me. They did give me the money that was mine after I answered the questions and I let it go. I started betting again and they held another withdrawal of mine because I had made two separate deposits. After I bet through the first deposit amount I tried to withdraw that amount. Once again they didn't give me the money right away and I didn't know until I contacted them. Their response was, After the review of your account, to remove the restriction on your account please acknowledge that you will only deposit funds intended to playthrough or withdraw to the ORIGINAL payment method which in this case was the card.

Once we have your acknowledgment we can remove the restriction on your account.

Like I stated I made two different deposits, played through the first amount and tried to withdraw that amount not both deposits and they did this. I know longer bet through them. JUST BEWARE!

Its nearly impossible to get ur money back and the website crashes evey 3 minutes. You need to gamble $100 just to get $30 back. The customer service is bad. They tie 70 games to a big jackpot that no one wins after 5 weeks. They are not transparent mgm is much better.

I never had a cash out option on my $100 dollars bet but on my $10 dollars bet I had it that is not right at all I was trying to go back and change my bet and couldn't even cash out to do that. I will never used them again

I had a significant amount of money on this bet and I hit cash out button to cut my losses and it just buffered and said try again exactly 10 times until the team missed the first down and then the option disappeared! Mind you it was open and I hit this option in plenty of time. Very fishy. These sites are very geared towards keeping your money out of your hands. I am not a sorry loser as this particular incident ended up working to my favor and I profited hundreds of dollars but it's the principal it worked out by luck. The educated move was to cut losses and run which I tried to do and it froze my money and kept it and play where another 49 out of 50 times I would've lost my money I recommend you take your money to something reputable like Caesars or another sports book and stay away from DraftKings. PS, the option made me press one star I give it zero stars.
