This is the worst gaming site! They treat there customers like trash! I have hundreds of problems with customer service.I'm supposed to be a gold member and they locked me out of my account and requested documents and then when I sent them the documents in the right format they still rejected them they were rude and offered no help finally I just gave up

Only 2 bonus to select casino and sports, I don't do sports
Made a 1st deposit, no bonus, contacted customer sec, telling me I didn't select correct bonus.
Cheap place, not as many good games and mobile app keeps kicking out of games.
Horrible experience wasted 500.

Alls I can say is somebody has to start the process of holding Draftkings accountable for the outright blatant cheating and basically robbing people of there money plain and simple

I ordered my husband several items from the Draftkings Store online for his birthday. I had an issue with the hat I ordered and although it took several days to receive a responsevia email, the customer service was extraordinary once I did. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. It was worth the extra $ for expedited shipping. The box the items arrived in was very nice. I am extremely satisfied and while continue shopping on their site.

This site is a joke, save yourself time and a headache, join Fan Duel, got locked out of my account and it was a nightmare dealing with them, in the end I cashed out my winnings and closed my account. They didn't even care or ask what the issue was, I learned the hard way, don't make the same mistake. Good Luck.

It's so bad that it is almost seems like scum, do not get fooled by those commercials, I can not talk to a live person which has made me very frustrated. It tells me to reset the password and when you do that they say an email was just sent to you to reset your password and that email never comes to you, I am very concern that email may go to a third party with your personnel information, when I bring this matter to their online chatting they don't even respond accordingly.
They finally resolved my issue, once you get hold of someone which is very challenging then their service is good.

Most casinos that offer VIP do so because you are a valued player. Not this crap hole. My VIP host was so happy to make my experience better. That was until i used a curse word in a text exchange. Not only did this Little $#*! suspend my account. But he then lied about it. Saying the naughty words auto triggered an account suspension. Which is horse $#*!. My host before this little bilbo $#*! was great. We had many exchanges and i was exactly as bad with my language with her. The difference? She had balls and this $#*! was a castrated $#*! and a liar. Any way. Last year I had 1/2 a million in play on this bull$#*! site. Since the little ball less $#*!es hissy fit and wounded tender feelings, they got jack $#*! from me. I am playing on Fan duel now.

Long story short they refuse to let me withdraw my $******* and after disputing with them for 6 days they blocked my account and ended communications me, while still holding on to my funds that I deposited.

Account has been restricted due to withdrawal and deposit from the same account. So I tried to be understanding and resolve the issue although I get no responses from "customer support", no call backs, can't withdraw or deposit. Meanwhile on the app it says the issue is "resolved". 1300 stuck in the account and can't withdraw it. Thieves? I don't know judge for yourself.

My account gets locked repeatedly (has been over 20 times) because their security detects VPN software on my computer. I enter contests, cannot change my lineups and it can take days to get a response and get it fixed. I would not partake in daily fantasy with Draft Kings. The worst part is you cannot chat or speak with agent, only via email and it feels like you get AI responses. Brutal customer service and treatment of loyal customers.

I PLAY 100s of hrs of blackjack a week just started using DraftKings couple weeks ago and every blackjack game I've played are scams. The algorithm ( computer dealer) will deal himself the winning hand 90 percent of the time. I'm experienced in playing online and in person at a casino and the way those cards come out isn't random at all. He deals himself 19 20 or 21 no matter what his first card is showing. Never seen blackjack 3 / 4 times in a row in my life. The more you bet the worst your hand becomes. I've been screen recording for weeks now because I know sooner or later they will be exposed and lawsuits will start flooding the company. Make a complaint to customer service they will simply tell you it's regulated and reviewed. But, by who a partner?

Customer service is straight up trash some of the worst customers service I've ever experienced no phone number to get into contact with them they say email them I r been waiting 48 hours plus. You will no longer win on this site, if you do, you will invest 1000 to win 200. DK no longer pays out. I am with a few other Vegas casino apps and they are fair with better reward programs free rooms, concerts etc. DK has the crown program which is complete garbage.
DK has shareholders to bow down too with no physical casino properties. The first year they paid out but not anymore. I was denied $200 bonus for first time gambling in Ohio. I made a $5 bet and they said I put a booster onto it? I have no idea what that was, but it violated their rules? So, I get no $200 bonus. Too much competition to worry about this. Awful customer service.
