Lost a lot of money cause as soon as it was game time half my bet were delete which was my best pics. I have definitely lost a lot of money cause of this. Have not been refund for the bets. Thieves is all I'm gonna say. Waiting for a few days and if i can get my money back I'm closing this account. All i have to say is unbelievable I made only 11 dollar out of 35+ I spent. Fan duel here I come. I have no proof cause it was all deleted. Good scam cheers to draft king. Never again

I've found their customer service to be helpful and knowledgeable and their promotions pretty fair. They definitely do a better job than any of the other online sportsbooks that I've used (and I've tried out quite a few). DraftKings is the only one I'm sticking with long term.

We are getting legalized sportsbook in Kansas on September 1st. I tried to sign up on Draft Kings REPEATEDLY without success. I triple checked the entered data, but they said my identity could not be verified. Switched to FanDuel and signed up with the same bonus in about a minute. DraftKings? Not so much. I don't need the headaches. FanDuel has the far superior site.

Single player/one handed virtual poker is a creator's dream. Nobody else to see what happened giving an insane advantage to the creator. Any time I had a 2-6 and had to hit I would continually get beat or hit a solid 18-20 and regularly get beat. When I had a solid hand (mostly 20's and 19's) I would continually get beat by a 3-6 showing that would draw multiple cards to beat me by 1 over and over and over and over. I know they have the recordings if they would like to publish it and if not I highly discourage anyone from indulging in this game. Literally played the game once and then logged back in within a minute and they had changed the site and the betting functions/display.

I opted in for my casino losses and they tell me I didn't where I have proof. Then tried getting my account back open because I took a break and they sent me a email saying I have a gambling problem. I bet maybe 50 a week and my Attorney is filing a lawsuit against DraftKings. You don't send a email saying someone has a gambling problem. I would advise do not use them for fantasy or sportsbook there crooked and all they care about is $$$$ not there customers. Rating is a 1 or negative 10 by me and some other people who have the same problem. They will take your money in seconds but trying to get paid is like pulling teeth. I hope my attorney the best in Michigan makes them look so bad in court the judge might fine them millions because I have proof. The person who sent this email to me should be fired because no one proof reads there email which is a mistake. See you crooks in court.

For over one year, my account is frozen and number OSU times have reached out and gotten lies. They have $217 of mine and they say they'll send it back but have not. Their customer service is a farce. They are liners and thieves. Stay away from this dirty company,

I requested a withdrawl and they put some of the money back on my credit card and hasn't put the rest on it. I've called and messaged so many different people that work at draft kings and they all have different answers. It's been weeks now and still haven't been paid out so this could end up being a legal matter. Avoid draft kings everyone please!

They have locked my account after they cheated me out of 600 worth of bets, I won fair and square and they won,t even return my original deposit let alone my winnings. They have been cheating people alot, they are cheats crooks whatever, how cheap can you get. They are a billion dollar company that keeps my 200 it's almost laughable.

The game Dollar King Thundercash froze while I was playing & would not process my winnings or the ability to proceed with earning additional money. Customer service said they reviewed the transactions but wouldn't comment on the screenshot shared proving my winnings. 4 Thundercash icons wins $10 plus 8 additional spins to claim more money. Customer service brushed off my request. I suggest NOT playing any casino games on DraftKings.

With most sports betting companies when an event is cancelled you are refunded your bet. NOT with DraftKings, they will steal your cash. So if you want to bet with draftKings check the weather forecast and hope your event is not rained out, hoping others don't fall victim to this scam.

So I placed a wager of $100 on an anytime TD scorer prop on Jase Mclellan of Alabama against Georgia on 12/2/23. I placed the bet before the game and he ended up not playing in the game because of injury. So as per rules I assumed the bet would be voided and my wager returned to me. However that wasn't the case! They categorized it as a loss so when I contacted them, they completely lied to me and said he did play which wasn't the case! I sent pictures to them through email that he didn't play and they just kept saying he played. To a guy that wagers almost everyday if I lose I lose but if it's not fair and my hard earned money is taken for no reason that's where I have a serious problem. $100 isn't a lot of money but it's the principle! I opt into a promo I think it was a three day two level progressive promotional. It ended om 1/1/2024 they told me there were no such promo. Well I watched it for the days that I played it. I was only at the first level and it was stating at the top of this promo with the total of what was played plus what I have won so far. But they say there were no such promo. Other words I'm lying. My husband and I have been in business for a good 30 years. If we would say or treat our customers that way we wouldn't have a business.

I played roulette and The game will literally adapt to your playing style whatever you pick the computer will steal from you and fall on number that benefits them it'll lightly engage you and then steal all your money I literally covered all the numbers except 1 number and that number hit twice out of ten. I recently opted in for a casino deposit bonus. As soon as I deposited my $50 NONE of the money became withdraw-able. They basically forced me to gamble for as long as possible to get my money back. I didn't realize how long it would take to be able to withdraw money and tried to forefit my bonus money. This someone ended up wiping my account to $0. I would highly recommend a platform such as fanduel over these scam artists. Also customer support was terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Avoid avoid avoid!

Do not use DraftKings! This has got to be one of the worst DFS sites around. Each year before the NFL season starts, they have season long contests where you enter a 12-player pool and do a snake draft. I was recently placed 11th out of 12 three times in a row. To put this in perspective, the odds of this happening are 1 in 1728. I contacted customer support, and all they could do was assure me that the contests are completely random.

I told the person that responded that it was not helpful, and his solution was to mark my complaint as solved. If you are looking to start playing DFS, join FanDuel. DraftKings is HORRIBLE!

This is the worst app in the world and a complete joke. When I played Roulette the app would crash right after I placed bets and then take my money which is total bs because I never actually got a turn. I also stopped playing games one night with $400 in my account and when I went to play the game the next day I had under $100 all of a sudden and then told me I couldn't withdraw the money. I am reporting them to the better business bureau! This app completely robs people. Never heard of one person winning anything. Whoever made this app should rot in hell for stealing money from people like this!

You make a parlay and start winning the system will lock up one or more live games and not let you cash out early. They don't seem to have a problem paying out if you win every pick you made, but they do not like the cash out option. Which is why I ask why even offer something you rig to only benefit DK?

When looking at the games everything is extremely slow and delayed to the point where you can't make any realistic bets.

Any time you place a bet, it will change the odds to make you less money.

If you try to cash out on a losing bet, they will suspend it as long as possible until you can't cash out.

They will sign you out automatically if you are winning too much.

Go with Mgm online or a less popular site. Stay Away from draftkings!
