I booked on Monday, dropped off my parcel on Tuesday and it was delivered on Sunday (1day early). That was to Seattle from UK. I call that amazing. Post office is expensive and takes 4-5 weeks. I suspect only dissatisfied customers are leaving reviews.
Delivery driver never rings my bell, instead leaves my parcel in a public unsafe, unmonitored place, on a completely different floor to where I live for it to be stolen, huge sign with red writing says don't leave parcels there, he just ignores it and never delivers to my actual address/door, despite having the address and me being home. Ignores my notes in the safe space option which clearly states to do deliver to my door, and if I am not home leave it outside my door. This has happened over 17 times where he doesn't bother coming to my door.He has delivered to my actual address TWICE. He rings the bells of other flats to be let in, so he can leave it in the public place. Does not do his job properly
The call centre lady said they have NO complaints department! But refused to send me an email confirmation of the same! They are a bunch of liars!
Package sent from UK early Feb-its April and package still not delivered to address in Canada. Joke!

My mom had to send me my translated high school diploma and a copy after my original from back home (amongst other things) as I live abroad in Germany right now and DPD lost my documents that had to go to the University I applied to. The tracking page says that the package got delivered but I've been home the whole day (when it was supposed to be delivered - june 30th) and nobody called, nobody rang the intercom, nothing BUT SOMEHOW they got my signature? They forged a digital signature and called it a day. I never got my package and when I called their support with this problem (even if I knew the name of the delivery person) they refused to help me and told me that there's nothing they can do because it got delivered (IT DID NOT?). Nobody in the building saw anybody or took any packages. The lady on the phone also told me to go to the police and honestly I will because this is THE WORST experience I had with ANY delivery service EVER. I WANT MY DOCUMENTS BACK OR MONEY TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR LOSS!

Not bad when they deliver properly. Sometimes they deliver other peoples parcels to mine and mine to other people. A little more patience and I'm sure they'll deliver parcels to the correct addresses.
They can also be extremely slow with delivering too.
But on a positive note' they are so much better than hermes who call themselves evri. Hermes have lost 13 of my parcels in less than a year which one was actually stollen by an evri driver.
At lest dpd ain't lost any of my parcels "Yet" and I've certainly not had any stollen from a dpd driver. But lets not state this as anything can happen like the below follow up...

WAS EXPECTING MY PARCEL TODAY AT 17.42. WAS INFORMED IT BE DELIVERED IN 15 MINS.
BEEN CHECKING DRIVERS LOCATION ON THE PARCEL TRACKING. DRIVER WAS JUST AROUND THE CORNER FROM MY HOME ADDRESS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HES NOW LEFT THE AREA AND TOWN.
HOW REDICOLOUS.
BEEN WAITING IN ALL DAY FOR THIS IMPORTANT DELUVERY AND NOW THE DRIVER HAS GONE OUT OF MY TOWN. HOW CAN THEY FAIL SO MISERABLY LIKE THIS.

I live in an apartment almost in the center of the Munich. I was waiting in my home and had an eye on the tracking service to see when they will arrive. However, it just froze while they were 4 stops away. My doorbell doesn't work, so after all they just left without leaving the package.
The other day I chose the "Abstell-Okay" to leave the package in front of the door and go. But guess what, they didn't. The tracker froze again and they just left.
I tried the option "Nachbar wählen" and chose my girlfriend's home which is literaly 3 minutes away on foot, and it said that is to far away and it's not possible.
I tried the option "Paketshop wählen" and I'm not able to select anything, while I'm living almost in the center of the Munich.
I'd also like to add that I never had any problem with any other shipment company. All the others just leave the package in my maibox without the slightest problem.
So here is my message to the friends responsible for the mess that is called DPD: If you can't do this job, go do something else in your life!
Don't use DPD. They delivered my parcel to the wrong address. They won't do anything to get it back.

Driver didn't bother to knock the door. Two adults and a dog in the house, near the door, so there's no chance we didn't hear it.
Parcels never arrive at said time. Notifications about parcel geolocation is non existing. Just stick to DHL or UPS not this garbage.
Simply don't use them if you want to receive your package. Customer service is unreachable. And on top of that they are slow.
The driver just doesn't show up. And eventhough it says it will be placed at a pick-up point. It just gets returned to sender.

Ennis depot do not answer phones - and their voicemail is full so I cannot leave a message.
Really bad and lazy service all around
Wouldn't even give them one star would give negatives if possible. Used this company 5 times (as forced to as a delivery option) and 4 of those 4 times was an absolute joke and disaster, not only did I receive lazy service (the parcel not even been attempted to be delivered or collected, instead a generic picture of my street) but i got nothing but a crappy bot repeating the same message when i tried to contact support. I'm not sorry, when three people (and a dog who loves to bark at the post man) all say no one has knocked or called at the house three times in a row, you just aren't even trying to deliver and pick up the parcels at this point. Pathetic. The only time I've ever got something on time was due to me literally getting it re ordered and standing at the window to make sure he came and I saw him coming with it.
Edit: After contacting the company whom is to receive the parcel who organised the dpd collection (dpd customer services WOULDNT answer, shocking!) they organised another collection only for the exact same thing to happen. Me and another member of my family where painting in the hallway without any music just light chit chat, and the hallway is the same room connected to the front door, not once did we see someone come up to the front door never mind knock on it to collect the parcel, this is not an isolated incident. This single driver has done this three times, every time I have ordered from this company, said company will remain nameless as they have good customer service and I was forced to use them instead of dpds terrible non existent customer service.
I was waiting for the shipment of two packages ************** and ************** over a month.
I tried to call DPD customer service numbers 36 times, but never received any answer. Both lines are constantly down. Today, after 36 attempts, I was finally connected to an answering machine which kept me on hold for 30 minutes! See the attached screenshot from my phone.
At that point I gave up. I wrote to the sender, who replied that DHL could not find the address and returned the package.
They could not find it? That is a lie. Nobody ever called me, nor left a message. There was no attempt for delivery. I receiver 5 different shipments via courier to this address in past 2 weeks.
I am not paid for delivery, but I can use a phone. Simple google maps search for the delivery address "vila vivari" returns exact location immediately. And there are also local phone numbers for the hotel owners straight on the maps if DPD would really like to deliver for which I have paid.

This is the worst experience I ever had with a courier. DPD is even worse than DHL, which was so far the top contender.
Company that under-delivers, insults customer's intelligence, implies that the customer is lying, they themselves lie by saying their drivers only put a calling-card through after knocking and only get paid for succesful deliveries yet they admitted that leaving a parcel at the post-office is considered a succesful delivery therefore they aren't really incentivised to do their job properly. I was told the previous day that i could choose a delivery slot once the delivery leaves the depot, USUALLY AFTER 11AM according to the message yet they attempted to deliver at 07:25, my wife and i were up, in silence, sipping our coffees at 0700, we heard something discretely pushed through our letterbox and thought it was the postman or a takeaway menu because it was so discrete, 5mins later i see the calling card, absolutely DID NOT KNOCK, i swear on my honour and all the things i care for. Nobody knocked yet the customer service is being absolutely unhelpful, implying I'm lying, giving misleading information, hanging up calls because they stick to an apology hoping it sorts it all out, hear that it isn't sufficient, repeat their apology and hang up, very unprofessional and of absolutely no help whatsoever, they're angels in their eyes yet they're despicably disgusting in my eyes with their practices, UNETHICAL MONEY-GRABBING COMPANY THAT INSULTS THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY UNDER-DELIVER TO

TOTAL INCOMPETENCE
I was expecting a delivery on Saturday which didn't materialise after which I contacted your support team who told me that my parcel has accidentally been locked in a trailer and would not be able to be retrieved until Monday because no one has access. I was assured by both your chat team and the depot (Dunstable) that I would receive my package today 25/04/2022. I spoke to someone on 25/04/2022 at 8am who assured me that my parcel would be delivered today. Then I received an update 5 mins after being reassured that my parcel has been returned to sender! What kind of establishment are you guys running that you would assure someone that a delivery would be made and not take steps to make sure that your assurances are met? When I spoke to your customer service team they were unhelpful giving generic scripted responses when I asked for an explanation they didn't give one I asked for this to be raised with management to monitor this was not done then I asked for someone to call me back and apparently that's not possible even though they did it the other day. I asked if it would be possible to come and pick up the parcel from the depot and that's not possible because of Covid I mean the level of incompetence I've experienced is unfathomable and mind blowing I've taken all necessary steps to ensure that the parcel is delivered and raised this with a number of your agents as well as the depot but you guys were still unable to deliver my parcel and what's worse is that your customer service assured me over and over that my parcel would be delivered what kind of company does that? If you can't deliver then you should not be assuring people. It's sad because you guys have a good reputation but honestly I would say Hermes is better I've never had an issue with them and that's saying a lot I want this looked in to and I want an explanation this is not on and I'm not going to stand for it 1550 4551 629 447 4
I WILL NEVER USE DPD AGAIN!
I dropped a parcel (a Mother day present) off at my local Argos, for 'DPD online' collection on Sunday the 7th of March. On Wednesday (3 days later), the parcel was still at Argos. I went down to the branch to ask why it had not been collected yet. I was told that a DPD driver had twice refused to take all of the parcels, as there were too many, but he had now picked it up. On Thursday the 11th, my Mum received a parcel from DPD, but NOT the one we sent her! Somebody had stuck the wrong bar code on her parcel and somebody else's parcel, so she got a box of herbs and vegetables delivered to her instead! The box had two different address labels on it (the label the customer had applied and DPD's), but instead of the courier using common sense and questioning it, he delivered the wrong parcel to my Mum (he dropped it on her doorstep, took a photo and drove off).
To cut a long story short, I then spent over 3 hours on the phone and 'live chat', speaking to four different people, who although they were helpful, just passed the buck. The final person that I spoke to said "I confirm that I have passed all the details and our internal team will investigate it now and will try to fix it ASAP. We should have a reply within two working days". As yet (Mothers Day), my Mum has still not received her present & card!
This problem was a simple case of cross labeling a parcel, and lack of COMMON SENSE from the courier. It would have been very easy to resolve quickly and in time for Mothers Day as we knew exactly where my Mum's parcel was due to DPD's tracking system. If someone at customer service actually gave a damn, they would have spoken to the DPD branch who had the parcel and arranged for it to be sent to the correct address the following day (Friday). Instead they just passed it on to someone else to be investigated "within two working days". DISGUSTING! DPD should be ashamed of themselves for ruining what should have been a special day for my Mum.

I was expecting my parcel on Tuesday 13th Dec, the one hour time slot was the only time when there wasn't anyone at the house
I used their system to change address to my work address and was told it would be delivered the next day…
On Wednesday 14th I had a text saying that my parcel would be delivered before 22:00. No hour time slot.
At 14:00 the DPD driver arrived with other parcels but not mine. When I enquired he said that he didn't have it and he was the only driver in the area that day.
My place of work shut at 16:00 and I still didn't have my parcel so called the call centre and got through to a lady who escalated the request to find my parcel. She told me that I would get a call back within an hour.
I got a call from a man who said that he was the depot manager at Swansea. He told me that my parcel was out with a driver who was off tracker so he couldn't tell me when my parcel would arrive. I asked if I was expected to wait in the dark and cold until the driver turned up and asked what would happen if the driver didn't come at all.
He told me that it was likely that the driver wouldn't arrive because they could run out of driving hours… as a coach driver I know that you can't be on tachograph and off tracker so this didn't add up to me… the manager told me that if I delayed delivery until the next day he would make sure that my parcel would arrive "at a reasonable time during working hours" to which I agreed. Shortly after our conversation I had a text to say my delivery had changed to Thursday 15th.
On Thursday 15th I waited and checked the tracker which was still saying it was out for delivery until 18:00 when my place of work closed and the tracker changed to say that my parcel was being returned to where I bought it!
My item was worth about £550 and the money won't be refunded for two weeks after returning to the company I brought it from, not to mention it was limited stock… this means that I can't find a replacement item and even if I did I wouldn't have the money for it until after Christmas anyway!
This is truly unacceptable and has utterly destroyed Christmas for my family as that item was to be from Santa.
Ridículo não ligam aos clientes na entrega e nem sequer batem a porta, o que fazem é chegar na morada e deixar um bilhete na caixa de correio a dizer que o cliente não estava em casa na hora de entrega.
Além disso nem entregam no dia previsto e os clientes tem de adivinhar o dia que a encomenda vai chegar.
Só ridiculo vou deixar de comprar na worten pois usam o serviço da dpd.
Ich habe eine E-Mail von DPD erhalten, dass das Paket an meine Privatadresse geliefert wurde, ich bin die ganze Zeit zu Hause, aber es ist kein Paket da. Der Wert des Pakets beträgt 337 €. Nie wieder DPD. Ich empfehle niemandem.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen. Ich war nicht zu Hause und habe Ablage-Ort gewählt. Trotzdem haben sie meine Bestellung retourniert.
