When DL first launched it was a great site filling in the void left by Craigslist personals, now rather than build upon itself, they've opted to try and push away prospective users with paywalls, broken features, and attempts to fluff up their "numbers" by permitting spammers to run rampant. What was gold is tarnished probably beyond recovery

Maybe have a checklist of things people type in like their stats and mobile or not mobile.
I mean you have a good thing going but you can do better just a little tweaking and you could be making an app. A top tier hookup/dating app at that.

Liked craigslist much better had some of the best encounters and meet some really nice people. I don't believe enough people know about doublelist is doesn't have the volume of people like Craigslist did.

It's use has continued to grow. It is a nice automated service. I imagine the small team that operates DL is working to improve how the terms of use are enforced. Inappropriate content should be flagged by users and removes. A problem occurs when a given user feels rejected and abuses the flagging function. I false account cannot be reversed because DL doesn't have the resources to review request to reinstate That is the only downside to the service.
None of the employees give a sh*t about users abusing the site. People can post 30+ posts right after another every day
And if you flag or email the help desk, they just ignore your report and let the people keep abusing the site.
If someone abuses the site, warn them and if they don't comply. Then BLOCK them so users that follow the rules

Well, on the minus side which is rare, I see ads that are downright down but sometimes my ad hasn't been accepted and it's no different from others. But on the plus side, this is a great way to meet guys, especially now, with Craigslist going belly up for meetings.
I wish you'd have a section for the SF East Bay like CL had.
But anyway Double list is the best site for guys to meet.
There is a whole lot of time waiting for responses for never going to get and when you do it's a dude or a good chance of it anyways. Then that one in a million comes around and makes it worth it then repeat all over again.
This website is totally fake at all and when you get a reply from one after a very long period of time its a bot. I used this around 7 months and found 0 real people. I recommend not using your time here.
I'm very pleased with the couples I have met on double list. Other sides make you pay for all kinds of crazy stuff and you get nowhere. I have met some really great friends on here and we had become regular play partners.
Please give us the option to attach multiple photos when replying to an ad. Also please sort the posts by date I feel sometimes it's not accurate or put the date in each post so we don't respond to something several months old.
