Every single post I submit gets flagged, though nothing in it violates the TOS. Almost like someone knows it's me even though I change it up. When I tell them this they never respond back again. Also I've tried to flag one that DOES violate TOS several times and it's still there. They SUCK.

Doublelist has been a welcome addition since Craigslist was reduced to non-hookup posts. However, I do find that Doublelist is hypersensitive to postings. I've had a few postings not allowed for what I thought were minor issues. I understand the need to be cautious due to the legal issues that surrounded CL, but perhaps less restrictive guidelines could be implemented.

Another section I would like to see added to Doublelist is the "missed connections" that CL once had. You could title it something different so as not to appear that you are duplicating CL. If for nothing else, I thought that section was always comical to read. :) Thanks again for bring Doublelist and I hope it continues for a long time.

Doublelist is an interesting site with wild to mild adds and as far as I know works for many. I have had good luck and bad situations. No shows are common. I don't understand why there is no date/time on each entry giving a person answering the ad a clue as to whether the ad is new, fresh, or months old. I have spent hours answering ads and never received a reply and have to wonder if the person received my reply, is it fake or real, when was it posted, how many have answered, will they answer. I read a lot of ads here and I read the complete ad. There are good ones and bad ones and then the ones that there is no wonder the person is alone. It kills me when an ad has all kinds of demands yet they tell nothing about themselves. Another normal occurrence is the ads that state they will delete ads without a picture yet their ads lacked one. Some of you guys need to learn some manners. How dare you talk to a lady in that type of manner? You surely don't talk to your wife about that yet maybe she quit giving you any because of you are. The site could use better features.!) date, time, a form with information that must be completed as a tool for the writer and the respondents as well. Some ads state a need yet nothing about themselves, an area of town, a time they will be available. If the ad is over a certain period of time Double list should request an update or delete the ad. There should be a way to receive a reply stating yes, no or my request has been fulfilled. Pictures are a great help for both sides. I would appreciate a way to add, delete and review my photos before sending, this is of great importance so misleading, or incorrect photos can be removed. I do not always receive a message reporting a person has even read my ad. A number of hits can help in knowing if the ad needs improved or scrapped too. I am not a writer yet I do hope my ideas are helpful for both Double list management and those placing the ad.
