We really like your products to the hilt! We make use of the coasters, drying rack, and bath mats! They are all incredible! When we had a problem with the drying rack we got, the exceptional customer service resolved the issue right away! We appreciate your excellent products and outstanding customer service.

Once you step away from the shower, there are no longer any wet floors thanks to their stone mat. Love that and not having a damp bath mat when several people are taking showers at once.

Would never purchase again. I love the brand's products because they're actually unique and their original designs. But some of their items aren't practical. For the prices they charge, the company has a very bad warranty policy.

I have a DE (diatomaceous earth) bath mat from them in grey that I had for 4 months before it started to have a minor crack on the side. When I contacted them, they said their warranty policy is only 90 days (3 months). They only offered a measly discount on their product and their policy also states that YOU have to pay a $15 shipping fee to receive the "replacement" that you paid for. Since the crack was minor, I decided to just ignore it after receiving such a disappointing response from the company.

I also have a foldable dish pad from them. I have all 4 seasons in my area and neither winter or summer, has this dish pad dried entirely even if it's angled upwards to give the top and bottom ventilation. It collects water on the sides very easily and the DE gets dirty so easily that I'm spending more time cleaning it. I ended up buying a generic foldable SILICONE dish pad that weighs much less, easily washable when dirty and also dries fast. This Dorai dish pad was such a mess and a regrettable purchase.

I wouldn't be surprised if this gentrifier company goes out of business. Their warranty policies are awful for products with such high prices. While their items look great, many of them aren't as practical and "sanitary" as they make it sound. I didn't bother posting a review on their website because I believe they delete negative reviews. There's no way out of thousands of buyers, that there's only a few 1-star reviews. Be careful.

UPDATE! *Nasty issue!*
To add insult, the dish pad has been doing worse than when I wrote this review. I started to get black mold all over the edges of the silicone, the bottom of the pad, on the actual stone and because the mat never dries, I found tiny white bugs crawling all over the damp/wet area. Needless to say, for $90, this product is absolutely garbage and very unsanitary. My S/O insisted on letting it dry in the sun to kill all the bugs but I tossed out the dish pad. I wish I could post a picture of the bugs but the camera wouldn't recognize the critters because they're so tiny.
