Tracking the start & end time of my fasting is great. Tracking water intake is fine but, it does not allow me to at a 16.9 bottle of water. The other problem, this is the big one for me. Trying to add my meals is a huge pain in the A**. I was using NOOM before this and food entering is so much easier. I have to do a lot of guessing in your app. I have wasted a lot of time with this so I gave up on that part of the app. I do my best to eat right. Please make entering meals a bit easier. Thank you
App is not what I thought. Basically it's a timer which I could do on my own. I do log water intake. But as far as logging calories it's aweful. Hardly any products in the system. And have to google calorie amounts of what I eat to log on my own. Most likely won't renew.
The app is reasonable. I have no problem working with that. I did however spend quite a bit of money on supplements which do absolutely nothing. They don't even dissolve properly in water. When I contacted customer service, I was told that you only have a 14 day period to return your supplements. At the time I was still trying to figure out the system and hadn't even tried the supplements until probably day 10. I contacted them at approximately day 24 and still would not work with me. This was over $100 in supplements which will be going in the garbage because they are useless. Once my app subscription is complete I will be canceling that as well as there are other fasting apps out there with much better customer service. Very dissatisfied. They are lucky they got two stars, this is only because of the ease of the app.
The app itself is pretty underwhelming in terms of functionality. It seems to replicate core capabilities of things like MyFitnessPal, but poorly (the nutrition catalog, for example, is very limited). I wish I hadn't paid so much for what equates to a set of time-based reminders :(

The food tracking portion is far less usable than my fitness pal and I am skipping that portion of your app all together. My step watch does not pair with your app and the step portion of your app does not calculate the steps I am taking whe holding my phone properly.

I like but don't love the app. The timer is great and has good reminders, etc.
The calorie counter is awful. After the first day I stopped using it. I use my fitness pal app for the calorie counter. It works much better.

The fasting tracker and reminders are great. The water log is really good and helpful because it sets a goal for you. The step tracker works well because it syncs with other apps. My only complaint is the calorie tracker. It's terrible compared to other diet apps. I haven't been logging because I have to do it all manually. I suggest adding a QR scanner option that can facilitate with logging calories. If you are blowing out your calorie budget while in your eating periods there is very little point to fasting in the first place.
Also, I thought I paid $20 for a Keto book with diet info and recipes but I haven't seen it anywhere?
I find this app rather difficult to use. The food choices are very limited and difficult to understand. And adding water intake is very difficult to manipulate. There are other aspects of the app that I enjoy but sometimes it feels ponderous to use.

I am enjoying using DoFasting and I am finally losing weight! I have tried so many things that failed!
The only thing I wished that was available is the ability to track other exercises besides walking. I swim laps and do water aerobics several times a week.

I am not sure what I expected but I am not sure that the price I paid was really worth it. I haven't really experienced anything overly beneficial in using the app. I can self monitor my fasting times and use my fitness app instead. The meals that I eat are not generally listed in the app. Maybe that's a hint for me... I do like the way the app breaks down the macros for me. I instinctively knew that I needed more protein but the app gave me the proof.

I took to fasting easily, surprising me. The emails I received from DoFasting really helped with tips and tricks and research. I've tried a few of the recipes and they were very good. I plan to try more as I've only been fasting for a week.

I've been fasting for one month and lost 9lbs. I worship all the healthy recipes from the app while I am on my eating window. One thing that should be improved thought - the calorie tracker on the app because it can get frustrating to search for all those ingredients while I am cooking.

I really do well and enjoy food tracking and this app is sadly subpar and not at all user friendly for food/meal tracking to the point I no longer track food and really disappointing. I was using my fitness pal and thought this would be similar...now its just an expensive timer. Really need to update the app, sadly not worth it.

Absolutely love the app the timer keeps me on point with tracking every day and seeing amazing results NSV and weight loss but unfortunately it's still pricey and unfortunately will be leaving once my month is up for a cheaper app:
Do fasting is pretty good and very helpful but would be awesome if I could sync my oura ring. My Apple Watch is not supported and telemetry on and oura is above and beyond. I wish I did not have to carry the phone as my only means to gain info.

One issue, sometimes the App does not display the hours of fasting or eating time.
I got used to the interface and I will keep using it.
I enjoy fasting and lifestyle and I lost about 13kg (I put that extra weight during pandemic time).
Answer: Ooooo yes...later I found out that there are way better Intermittent fasting APPS... I never recommend DOFASTING.
