I think it is easy to use. I'm seeing results quickly. I have tried a lot of different apps and they have either annoyed me with how many things they wanted me to do or haven't been easy to do. This app is just right. Holds me accountable and easy to follow.
Maybe it's user error, but it seems that if I input data info one day for a meal under customized menu that it should not have to be retyped in if I have the same meal another day. It would be so much easier to input just once and duplicate another day.

I think the diet is good. It seems to be working (lost 3 pounds this week). But the app is a little "awkward." I was a designer myself and feel I may have done it better. Still, it works and delivers good information.

The app keeps freezing up when I want to enter info. It has now completely crashed and I can not log back in.
When it does work, I like the tracking and accountability. Great meal ideas and workouts.

This is a well organized and effective program backed by science and data. The app is okay, but the food tracking is very immature in its development and needs to be improved. The food search is not very robust and is difficult to use. In addition, if I want to enter a previously entered meal another day, the calories and other details should also carry over and not need to be re-entered

Being new to IF, I found the app to be very helpful keeping track of things for me. I also like the recipes, as an option for when I don't know what to eat. My only negative experience is that the app continually "crashes" and I've had to uninstall and reinstall it a couple of times when it just won't open successfully. I've found that, when I break my fast with the right kind of foods, I have no problem doing a 24 hr fast, which is very surprising for me. 1 week in and I've already lost 3.5 lbs!

I like the fasting timer and the input of water, steps etc. But I wish the workouts on the app were connected to the program as well. I just did 20 mins and there's no record of it so I can see my work/growth etc.

I began fasting less then a week ago, but I think it's going well so far. I didn't think I could stick to it, but surprisingly, I found it very easy. I'm excited and hope I lose weight. I've tried so so many different options and have lost, but as soon as I start eating foods I enjoy, it comes right back. It's so hard to keep it off, so here's to a new beginning.
This app has made my journey 10x easier and allows me to stay accountable. Seeing my streaks of fasting is motivational and helped me stop snacking. I lots 12lbs in the first few weeks, the progress is now a little slower but that's what I expected

I like that it keeps you on task, I'm still learning the ropes but it does help. The only thing that I'd change is the food tracking. If I put in cheeseburger, I want that as an option, not: bean burger, burger with lettuce bun, etc., more like Fooducate.

The Do Fasting Intermittent Fasting app is very helpful on keeping one focused and reminded of how to achieve the goals set for oneself. The only thing that I wish it did better was calorie logging. I'd like to be able to select and reuse the custom meals I create rather than retype the same things multiple times. If the app allowed your custom meal items to be stored to a library for selection, that would be most helpful. Other than that, the app has been my 'buddy' as I continue on my journey to reframe by body.

I find the calorie tracking very user unfriendly or I'm using it wrong. I can't save a meal (like breakfast). You have to re-enter all over again. I just find it very cumbersome to use, you have to constantly manually enter nutritional info. Not easy to use.

This new way of eating/ time I eat has been an easier transition than I thought it would be. Snacking after dinner has been something I've struggled with and as soon as I hit the Fast button, I'm fully committed to not eating.

Unlike other fasting tracking software, which allows you to choose any number of hours you want, and even add your own time buttons, this software only allows for a number of predetermined fasting programs.
The software allows you to monitor water consumption, but unlike dedicated water monitoring software, it does not allow you to determine the size of your glass freely, but offers a limited number of sizes of drinking vessels.
The software is graphically beautiful and very user-friendly, but somewhat limited in terms of the flexibility granted to the user.

1) Regarding the fasting times, we offer various predefined fasting methods. You CAN easily start and end your fasting window WHENEVER you want. So if you want to have a 15-hour fast, but there are only 14:10 or 16:8 choices, you can go to your app and finish your fast at the 15-hour mark.
2) On the home screen, scroll down to the hydration section, where you see limited choices. Tap the 'Hydration' button, and there you will be able to enter ANY amount of water, starting with 0.5 oz (or 10ml).

I think everything is working along fine with the exception of having to stop and start every day. This is extremely challenging and if you don't remember to do it, you can't go back.
Also, my weight is wrong from the start and there is no way to go back and correct it.

I feel as though I have wasted my money. I have had this app for about 3 weeks. I've had to delete it 3 times and re-install, and I'm about to have to delete it again. It either freezes up (like now) or logs me out and then doesn't recognize my log-in info until I delete and re-install. I haven't missed a day of fasting since I've become a member but that doesn't stop the app from forgetting my progress. It's nice when it works but that is few and far between. How do I get my money back?
The app is great for beginner like I was, especially when I had no idea how to begin but deep in my heart I knew that fasting will suit my lifestyle. First thing I did was hell lots of readings and youtube videos then I decided that I am ready to begin but I needed a partner or some sort of backup. I like the app, I am still using it but I see that some functionalities are missing, like for example, more efficient meal log feature. Great idea overall. I hope that dofasting will take into account my review.

The program is easy to follow and the app timers and notifications keep me on task. I've lost 6lbs in my first 2 weeks. The new food scanner is a great feature for quickly adding items to the calorie tracker. Timely articles/content throughout the process help me be more educated about why it works. It's a bit of a rush sometimes to get home and get dinner in on time, but the energy for the class has been really good. This week I've found I've trained everyday, I normally have to have a rest day but I've felt good so didn't have one and that's training at heavy loads too.

I am enjoying the app and the process of intermittent fasting. I have had some difficulty with the app a few times. Certain scenarios include when tapping on the app it logs me out so I have to log back in again. It does that a couple times a week randomly. Also I've ended my fasting window, and the next time I go in the app to record my water or calorie intake, it tells me I need to start my fasting window and won't show my current time counting the current eating window. It's like it doesn't know that I was fasting and there's no time showing my eating time.
