I wish I would've did my research like the other women are saying. I ordered hair on 04/03/24 && have been constantly msging her via TikTok (I saw an ad of her "raw" hair) && she left me on read without replying to me. I then went on the website && there is no contact info besides email && I emailed her asking for an update or tracking number for my $500 I spent && she finally responded with shipment was delayed && she will issue a refund within 5-7 business days. Those 5-7 business days came && left && I emailed her asking what is going on && she continued to ignore me. I had to go through my bank to get my refund. I really wanted the hair instead of my refund because the hair looked so nice but since she's playing games with black women who're her main supporters, she can kick rocks && I hope all her bundles catch fire. You don't play with nobody hard earned money, Idc if it's $1. Be ware && do y'all research‼
Been waiting for a month. Same excuse is order going out with the next shipment. She's been saying that for a month. I have no tracking number or anything.
So I decided to give this company a try during their anniversary sale! And despite all the bad reviews I would have to say I am well pleased! They sent out an email apologizing about past delays during covid, so I took my chances and went with it! The hair came in 3 days and it is amazing! Im glad they got their $#*! together and everything went well! Would definitely recommend
After threatening to go through my bank and speaking with QuadPay(yes I used QuadPay just in case I didn't like the hair) I was issued a refund! After multiple emails of them saying they shipped my order. They never shipped it. And they blocked me on Instagram! I was in the comments on their page telling potential victims not to purchase and explaining my experience. I'll be getting my money back and purchasing hair from a real company and not this fraudulent black woman. How sad! Do better.
I'm reading the reviews and I wish I had read them before making a purchase. I am still waiting and I ordered February 1st. I have sent multiple emails and DMs on Instagram. First the blame was placed on the snow storm in Texas. Apparently they're based in Texas and blah blah blah. Ok understood. But the storm is over and has been over for weeks. Hell, Texas is fully open. They don't even have to wear masks so what's the hold up now? I have yet to receive any updates, no shipping info, no tracking number. Today, March 10th, 2021, they said my order was shipped and they're updating tracking info. I keep requesting a refund. The most awful experience ever. I would NEVER recommend this hair company. I don't even see how they're in business.
The owner literally has HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered hair and it took 17 days to arrive to me. For all that I could have ordered from China and got it faster than that. I ordered deep wave hair and I won't lie it was nice and is still good now but BEWARE OF READY MADE WIG! I ordered a frontal Bob wig and it is so thin and ugly. It is something I could get from Ali Express for half the price probably even less. I tried to order again and waited 20 days to the point I had to cancel the order through sezzle. When I emailed her where the hair was she kept giving me excuses and lies that the hair was on its way but never got shipped out. So happy I got my money back
I was a loyal customer and spend thousands of dollars with this company. I always bought hair from this company. Recently I had ordered hair from this company and some how the post office lost my package and originally I reached out to the company through via email and they didnt take my situation serious. I basically had to keep contacting them as well as the post office. It should have been them that contacted the post office since they used their services to ship my hair. Long story short they issued my package as lost and the company said they can't give me a refund but they can offer me my store credit which was 250 plus the insurance on the package which is 50 dollars. Then I asked okay so how can I redeem my store credit and my 50 dollar insurance on my hair they decided to recant what they offered me and tried to offer me 150 dollars of store credit. It took me threading them with the better business bureau to get desired results, even so they said they need to contact the post office AGAIN to verify if my package is really lost. IVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN MY LIFE. THE FACT THAT I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH THEIR COMPANY, I FIND THIS IMPALING. I WILL NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER AGAIN! I STILL YET TO EVEN GET MY STORE CREDIT.
Their hair is absolute GARBAGE but that is nothing compared to the owners horrible customer service. She ignores/deletes comments and only replies to emails and dms when u go off on her! BEWARE OF THE DISCOUNTS AND SALES THEY CONSTANTLY HAVE! There's a reason why they always do that because the HAIR IS CHEAP HUNNY! I had to literally file a complaint with PayPal to get my money back, unfortunately I paid for the other bundles through sezzle and they are worthless in the matter! I used 5 bundles to make a wig and the ends were still thin and see through. I told the owner this and she said it didn't look thin to her! At least the other reviewer got their hair in a decent box, mine came in plastic bags and a Usps bag, no business card or nice packaging! Speaking of shipping it takes nearly a month to two months for the hair to come! & they're so unprofessional they hit reply all to my inquiry about my order with some bs message about how all flights were cancelled due to virus outbreak, meanwhile she's living her life and flying out to Vegas on Instagram! The hair doesn't hold a curl and is always frizzy and shedding. I've had synthetic wigs way better than this! Save urself the headache and LOSS of money and just don't buy from this girl!
Took a month for me to get the wig I ordered. The company was completely UNRESPONSIVE to my emails and was deleting my questions I posted in their comments on their Instagram posts. Asked a question on the owners twitter page and again ignored. Now the wig! Chile this is a BEAUTY SUPPLY store cheap piece of crap that was shipped to me from Korea! I thought I was purchasing a wig that was MADE by the owner. It is NOT HUMAN HAIR!

Answer: They had a really big sale that drew me in, & then I realized they constantly have sales because their products are not good! I regret choosing this hair company!
