“The worst online shopping experience”

I purchased a dress and paid 10$ for shipping. I haven't received it yet but first it was said it will be delivered in 3 to 4 business days, then it turned out it will take over 10 days. The, I got a message from DHL that I had to pay an extra 30$ for import duty services. It is a fraud. I will never buy anything from this brand and make sure none of my families or friends does it.

Tip for consumers:
Hopefully I’ll get my refund once the items are returned. Still waiting on DHL to pick up parcel.

I purchased a pair of linen pants. $10 to ship. I was fine with that, but the returns policy is deceiving. I was under the impression from the website I could return for a free "instant refund". That being said, I received the pants and they quality was awful - terrible unflattering cut. Baggy to the point of clown pants. I put in a request to return and asked customer service what was the issue with me now paying $20 to return the pants. I received what was basically a bot initially and then the same useless response from a rep. Their last response seemed to indicate that my return would be reviewed for acceptability - they clothing is UNACCEPTABLE quality. Bad fast fashion. I don't get why so many influencers push the brand except for the fact that they must give the clothes away. Don't waste your time, energy and money.

I have purchased many items from Dissh and have always been happy with the quality for the price. However, I ordered a couple items two months ago and only received one of them. After contacting customer service multiple times I have yet to receive a refund, with claims that they have to "talk to their warehouse". I even provided photos of the tiny package I received that couldn't possibly have fit both items to start with. Horrible customer service that makes me never want to shop there again. Buyer beware.

I purchased the Rowan Blazer online and wasn't sure on size. I spoke to Ebony from LIVE CHAT and she was great with trying to help me with size as I'm a petite build but my bust falls into the size 8 measurements.

Ebony was very helpful but I took it upon myself and phoned in-store as the stuff members have seen customers try on blazers and maybe people of my build.

I rang up the Chadstone store and so glad Desiree (I'm sure, was her name) helped me over the phone and reassured me that the size 6 would fit and would give me the overall look I wanted to match with my Rowan Pants and Vest that I had previously purchased.

I got my delivery within a day and it fit so well, the first time I've put on a blazer and didn't feel like a dag.

Thanks girls/ DISSH - really like my fit. 10/10

Ordered Diego Midi Skirt. Fabric was nothing like it appeared on photos, thin and shiny, some stitching ripped on one wear, was offered just a 20% discount. I have heard mixed reviews but overall I would stay away.

Dissh should be proud of the customer service they provide their customers! I desperately wanted an item by a specific date and they ensure they had it dispatched immediately to ensure I had the best chance at receiving my item. So thoughtful and caring. I'll be back for sure

I live in NZ, I have purchased from DISSH three times, and have loved every single piece. The quality is great, the delivery is so fast. I have been following everyone's reviews on TikTok and it's helped me see how it fits on other people. With one order, I received a faulty pair of pants, but Millie from the DISSH team was so helpful and gave me a prepaid return label to send them back for a refund. I then repurchased the same pant again and they were perfect. Love how timeless these pieces are and they great additions to my work wardrobe capsule.

My package was left outside of my building for anyone to walk by and take. Needless to say I didn't get my package and this horrible company told me to put a claim in with DHL. I didn't choose this them Nir should I have to do the job of customer service. They didn't provide any customer service nor hold themselves accountable. Worst experience ever, definitely will not be shopping with them ever again.

As per our recent communication, when a customer removes the signature on the delivery for their order, this removes liability for any missing or stolen parcels once delivered to the nominated shipping address. This is advised on our shipping page and also by DHL when the request is made. We investigated this with DHL and they advised this was requested to be left at the front door. Occasionally they will have great designs, but Dissh is just another womens boutique store that sells over priced, sub-par quality clothing. And to top it off, they don't offer free returns unlike there competitors. Definitely a selling point for me and a reason why I very rarely choose Dissh over other online competitors. Why buy an item that is sold everywhere else as well, from a store that wont let you return easily. Its 2018, they need to compensate for this for the online demand.

Their quality of clothing is amazing, sizing is true to size and just overall design is great. The materials used are of quality and the delivery turnaround is really quick. Offers no refunds for change of mind even on full price items and also don't offer an exchanges or store credits for sale items. I bought online so had no way of knowing the item would make me look 50 years older than my actual age... an exchange would have been desirable. Not impressed.

I cannot begin to tell you of the many orders I have placed with DISSH over the past couple of years. With one of my recent orders, I purchased a new regular priced top that absolutely WREAKED of perfume! There is no way whomever re-packaged the top did not smell the odor! I immediately emailed DISSH (within 30 minutes of the delivery) requesting a pre-paid label and an even exchange. Here we are almost 2 weeks later, zero acknowledgement and zero response. Perfume, especially heavy fragrances can cause triggers with people that may have health issues such as myself. I will no longer support DISSH and have shared my experience with my friends, family & followers. Take head to the negative reviews and support businesses that support you through customer service.

I only saw all of the bad reviews after placing my order and was terrified to receive it. Writing to say that I had a great experience with this online shop! I discovered them from an Instagram ad. I received great customer service when I reached out with concerns over the sizing because of these poor reviews. They said while they do not usually offer returns they would consider it if the sizing was off. The package arrived to me in the US in less than a week and the pieces fit true to size. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews but I am incredibly happy with all of items I purchased- all high quality linen at amazing prices with the sale. Highly recommend!

Tip for consumers:
Trust! Their item descriptions are accurate- The skirt I ordered suggested ordering a size down which I was worried about but was the correct choice. They have great customer service, and the quality is tops. Do not fear!

Hi received gooods today exposed no protective plastic on them other than the bag so of course torn in delivery and white too and dress dirty! Not happy for a company that prides themselves on quality products why deliver them so shabby! Looks cheap and now dirty!

Not worth the price tag and horrible customer service. Firstly, asked for my order to be cancelled within 1 minute of purchasing because I realized I forgot to add the 10% discount code. I was told this was not possible. Unclear why that is because it was literally within 24 hours - this is against consumer law, so that's shady af. Then, I asked if it they could at least add the 10% discount - this request was also declined. I paid $50 for duties for the dress to arrive in Canada. The dress was so poorly sown together and the sizing was completely off. I sized down based on their sizing chart and it was still huge and disproportionate. The fabric is so heavy it pulls down the sweater dress so much that the top of the dress becomes see-through, yet the arms and the back of it are still baggy. Really horrible craftsmanship and material. Stay away.

After their easy service, refundid could not print a label and 6 emails to their customer service...I was forced to use standard method and have a label printed from DHL which was another 6 emails as it took 3 days to get a label to my email so I thought for sure that wasn't arriving either. Then they failed to say that I was to call DHL for a pickup and how I do that. Never order from them...stick to sites in the us!

clothes are cheap!
