I've been to two discount tire locations since they have expanded in florissant mo and Arnold mo both times I was greeted before I stepped foot in building lol but very serious they were fast polite and knew what they were doing thanks I'll always do business with discount tire

I was shopping for tires a few months ago and almost everyone I talked to needed an appointment or had to order. I found my tires at Discount Tires and I walked in to make an appointment and they said we can do it right now. I had an oil change coming up so I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I have been very impressed with the service. Thanks again

Was very specific as to the kind of wheels and tires I wanted for my Honda Element. Spoke with John and Eric at the Fredericksburg, VA store a number of times to arrive at choices I would be satisfied with. They were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in making sure I came away satisfied. When I arrived at the store, I was a bit late for the appointment, but they took me right away and got me out of there in less than an hour. All employees were nice, polite and obviously trained well. I don't know about other Discount Tire stores, but this one was off-the-chain fantastic! The ride back to Alexandria was awesome on my vehicle's "new shoes!" Could not be more pleased with my Toyo AT3 tires and Black Rhino Boxer wheels!

5 other stores said 3-5 days to get LT tires. Called within one hour i was in the shop:30 minutes later on the road. Great job! Thank you

After hours of reviewing tires (I even paid to get on some sites to see their tests), these had the best combination of dry, wet and snow traction. I run service calls for a living and have to get there in all weather. These tires have been life changing! Thank you Kyle Wright at Discount Tire Greenwood for making it happen! I am 64 and have never driven tires like these!

I drove past 20+ tire stores to get to the Discount Tire in Lakeland...and it was worth it. I've always had great experiences at their stores in the Chicagoland area and wish they had stores in Tampa, but for now, I will travel to Lakeland.

I needed a tire replacement and for a couple tire sensors to be replaced and I got the usual exemplary service. The Discount Tire experience is always a good mix of being helpful, knowledgeable, cost competitive and timely. There are only a few brands that care about the customer experience like Discount Tire...I will continue to use this company for the foreseeable future. Thanks to Emmit for his help in getting my family in and out so quickly.

"Houston", she was very cordial, friendly and professional. Then when my car was ready
(not very long at all!) Tyler came over and went over everything, handed my keys and said

I went to the Hiram store for a tpms diagnostic tool test. Armand ran the test and explained the readings and tpms system.
I m have been (still am) a steady customer with Discount Tire for a good bit. They have always been professional helpful courteous quick and very hard working bunch. I can attest that they will go out of their way to help you.

Not my first rodeo with the Duluth location, and each has been exceptional - from price matching, to expedient servicing and empathetic, articulate, compassionate staff - bar none - from phone calls, to online chats, to emails and (ultimately) in person!
Cannot recommend them enough!

The guy Anthony who greeted me outside before I even showed up to the door was honest about the sensors on my tires told me it's an issue with something else very honest could have ran me money if you wanted I will come back and my family too

Today, Sergio Hernandez, a front desk Technician, took my order using this Mobil app scanning device. Indeed, it is fast and accurate.
Throughout 20 years of using service from Discount Tire, I have witnessed their professional service to the community, their speed is fast, and their price is unbeatable!
Their staffs are well trained and politely to every customer!

Made two appointments on the same day for two different cars. Avoid walk-ins and make an appointment if you want fast turnaround. The most efficient and professional operation I have seen for tire installation. Their service and tire selection far exceeded my expectations. Very competitive pricing and was out the door in just one hour! A very happy customer!

I purchased a set of tires for my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 and the next day my low pressure light came on. I wasn't able to go back until a few weeks later. When I did go back I had the pleasure of working with a young lady named Stephanie. I wasn't happy about the 2.5 hr wait so I came back the next morning and thankfully I was able to work with her again. She personally checked my pressure both days and checked my sensors the second day. Long story short it was just a bad stem, but her service was right on point.Not to mention she's real easy on the eyes. I appreciate all of her help.

Last week passing through Montgomery Al. I need a new tires. Demarus Johnson $#*!. Mgr went why out of his way to help me out. He help me unhooked my trailer held my dog, got me in right now. So, it was a very difficult day w/my tire damaged, a donut on my wheel... driving in Vegas and out of all the locations I chose to make an appointment at, it was the most amazing experience I could ever ask for as a customer - now I've had a real good experience at Discount Tire in Bullhead City Arizona... never ever expected the service to get even more excellent but it did and out of all places in Vegas - my salesperson "Randell P." Was so good to me it was like he came from my perspective of what it would be like for him if it was his car and his flat tire! He just got me w/out me telling him anything. He gave me a good deal, they were fast... I walked over to a store for lunch, brought it back and by the time I unwrapped the salad, put my eggs and dressing in - they were done! Absolutely mind blowing! It does help if you arrive at least 20 minutes to take care of any unexpected issues and that was what I did. They are way busy and still found a way to serve me w/out waiting for a long time. I came out a complete winner, so happy, and they saved me a lot of money considering people are suffering financially b/c of covid-19. Thank you so much - I will always remember this insane service.

A big shout out to Hendersonville's Discount Tire Store. After returning home from a road trip to Columbus, Ga I presented my a claim for reimbursement because of a flat tire (puncture which ruined the tire) I was promptly reimbursed for my tire. A week or so later I noticed the tire company (not Discount Tire) had installed the incorrect size tire on my vehicle! DC installed the correct tire@ no charge to me! You can bet when I need my next set of tires I will return to Discount Tire! "THANK YOU DC" BTW GEORGIA HEROES took care of my flat tire at no charge!

Ethan is a great store manager. He has excellent customer service skills and is a great problem solver. This store is fortunate to have him as a manager.

To set definitions straight, "Lifetime Warranty" mean the normally expected life of a tire. The people have all been professional, honest, knowledgeable and efficient to the tune of saving me from grief, stress and unnecessary expense. I was impressed when the manager last week solved a tricky problem. I bought a used 2011 Honda Fit Sport with the low profile tires that caused a bumpy and jarring ride. For a fair price he replaced the 16" rims with 15" rims and the tires with higher sidewalls. That smoothed the ride tremendously without affecting normal handling.
