Found excellent prices and good value on all items purchased. Items appeared Swiftly through the snail mail And look like they will more than do the job.
It was fun to shop for our grandson's birthday, but the hassle of not being able to ship direct to him without doctoring up my credit card account or dealing with pay-pal was a pain and a disappointment. The last thing I want is to open the door for my 15 yr old grandson to be able to use my credit card to ship to himself. I was satisfied in the end, but was essentially told not to bother coming back for more business if I don't like your polices. I was treated very politely and I understand that the paintball market appeals to a client profile requiring caution. Best Regards, Dave

I was supposed to have free shipping as I was over the minimum amount for it. But it said shipping had changed!? So I just went ahead and paid for it. It would be nice if that could be refunded. But if it's going to cause a problem with me getting what I purchased, just forget about it.

I received my order and looked as if someone opened the package up before I did, I went to install stock on to brand-new gun, and the screws on gun we're over tightened so much i that they stripped and now I cant even use stock because no extra screws came with the stock!! I was missing a magazine for the gun only received one was supposed to get 2 , I was sent the wrong barrel for my Tippmann !! Not Happy at all!!

Felt there was some lacking information about parts and their ability to be used on multiple product lines i.e. barrel upgrades for markers should be in a drop down and listed for other than an auto cocker would be nice. Not sure if half the barrels will work on half the guns. Just some better labeling or clarification and then there's no complaint. Will definitely recommend to others.
Site could be more efficient where it shows more products instead of just having to go through each company.
you guys have the lowest price atm on t15 mags and you offered free shipping unlike every other site, what more can I say ?

Everything's easy to find, site layout's great. The prices are fair and order processing time and delivery were fantastic. definitely one of my top 3 sites for Paintball equipment.
DP online service was easy to follow. They handled my order professionally & they delivered it just in time....
The layout of the categories is a little wonky. Organizing everything by manufacturer is great if you know exactly what you are looking for, but it makes comparison shopping awkward if you don't. More sorting options would be nice. Your prices are great though, so I can't complain too much.
Called into the store to see if an item was in stock the gentlemen I spoke with was extremely helpful even called me back. And let me know it would be on the web site and I could order it then. After customer service like that you now have all my paintball service needs.
Had a problem using credit card option at check out but was able to use PayPal instead. Other than that, easy shopping experience.
