You appear to be going all digital, which no elderly woman is going to want. Slowly losing business. Also, confusing checkout.
I ordered subscription of magazine and the only thing I received was tons of spam. Customer service does nothing with that for weeks. They warn you that response can take up to 10 days, but even after that there is totally no update. I feel they have stolen my money and don't care now
Not unlike many reviews here I went for their flashy prices. Sat and the farthest date for magazine delivery on The New Yorker came and went. Oh let me "contact the publisher" they said. I waited, that week came and went. I had to send a form feed letter from my credit card company to get my money back. Seems like they go ahead and invest your money for a few months while you wait for a refund.
You will have to wait a very long time to get your first issue, they claim they have no control over when the publisher sends out the magazines. Fine, but they provide no support if you call or even if you fill out their online form, they are just an intermediary. It's not worth the aggravation, just pay a few more bucks and there's no waiting and you'll get people who care and want to help.
I've ordered from DiscountMags on numerous occasions and have always found their web site to be user friendly. They offer great prices and their customer support is outstanding. I'd like to give a shout out to Alexis who assisted me on my last order.

If you love magazines, discountmags.com offers a wide variety at a reasonable cost.
However, it's not always easy to order at the lowest price because what seems unbeatable is sometimes beaten shortly after by discountmags.com itself.
The other issue (no pun intended) is that if you renew your subscription through discountmags.com before your existing subscription expires, you're not told upfront that the magazine publisher might cancel the order because you renewed at a lower price than the publisher itself charges.
I have to say that the Customer Service at DiscountMags is top notch. I had an issue with my subscription which was entirely my fault. They were extremely responsive and credited me the cost of the subscription. They are prompt and extremely helpful. I could not recommend this company more.
Have used Discountmags.com for a few years now. You can't find better prices elsewhere and their customer service is top notch. Customer service is really what makes or breaks a business and they have consistently excelled. I absolutely love their DiscountLock feature and have renewed several magazines throughout the years at the promotional price. I contacted them to say thank you during this Thanksgiving season and was asked to leave a review here which I am happy to do.

Melody at Discount Magazines was extremely helpful in following up on a missing magazine and even got the publisher to include 2 additional magazines at the end of the subscription to make up for the missed delivery, in spite of the fact that neither the publisher nor DiscountMags was at fault. I will continue to order here, great prices, great service!
I was missing one issue of my US magazine, September 21,2020. DiscountMags got in touch with the publisher and I was to receive a second 21st issue, however my missin issue showed up on 10/1 along with my 10/3 issue. The publisher is adding an additional issues at the end of my subscription to make up for the problem I certainly didn't expect this, but I am very pleased about it. Alexis at DiscountMags followed through from the beginning and she emailed me each step of the way. Both DiscountMags and the publisher were wonderful.
Great place to get magazines you like. However, be aware the DiscountLock is applied automatically and if you don't pay attention your subscription will be renewed automatically for full price... very surprising in a way they don't notify you the subscription is about to be renewed - disappointed in a way that this is the way their customers are treated.
Cheaper to buy magazines at other sites on the Internet. Other sites offer 50% more discounts than your site.
Not sure if I orderedd the same thing twice or not. You took my credit card once, and then had me update my profile and order it again using the same credit card. Very confusing. Disliked this process.

Once my order was placed, it was filled and continued without further concern on my part. When that magazine was discontinued, I was notified and given an alternative suggestion.
