I never receive and update when a gifted magazine's first issue was finally sent or received.

I renewed for 1 year a few months ago, and the expiration date on my magazine successfully changed to reflect the new expiration date.

Now comes the real test. I just saw another offer for the same magazine and decided to Renew for another year. I hope it gets successfully added to extend my subscription, and that I don't end up getting 2 every month.

I ordered a book, which I totally forgot about. A few months later, I remembered, but it never showed up.

It's easy to find all the titles i want at super discounted prices. I'll never pay suggested retail again!

It was easy to navigate the website and choose my magazines. There were also several $2 offers, for a full year (6 to 12 issues, depending on the magazine. This special price expires in a year, but you get a notice in time to cancel, and then find them again at the low price. At least I hope I'm reviewing the right website!

Please offer a choice. Instead I have to email you to request it removed. Then I get an automatic email saying you will look into it. Then I get one to three more emails saying you have done it. This is a lot of wasted time. You previously offered a choice when ordering. Please do so again.

I ordered a magazine as a gift. The magazine was delivered on time and the price was the best I've found. I will be using DiscountMags when I renew my own existing mag subscription in the future. Can't beat the price!

Good pricing on Bon Appetit magazine; when I expressed concern about delay in receipt, got a helpful note from Customer Service and, due to fulfillment time lags, it turned out that I received the magazine timely.
