I have to say that the Customer Service at DiscountMags is top notch. I had an issue with my subscription which was entirely my fault. They were extremely responsive and credited me the cost of the subscription. They are prompt and extremely helpful. I could not recommend this company more.
They were very prompt at responding to me, to let me know there would be at least a 6 week wait for delivery of magazine. They were very kind.

Dunno there's much to add to my title which sums it up but matters most. If they have the magazine you seek, you won't find better place to buy it for less.
I couldn't find a particular magazine on their website and wrote to Customer Service for help. The next day I received the links and followed up. Extremely impressive!

Discount Magazine is my go-to source for magazines. They will match any price you find. I received a great offer from Kiplinger's but needed gift subscription renewals. I called Kiplinger twice and was required to leave a message for a callback. Never got the callback, so I contacted Discount Mag. And got it handled at the lower offer. My contact at DM. Was Alyssa who stayed with my order until it was fulfilled. On other occasions, DM already had the best price for me.

Melody at Discount Magazines was extremely helpful in following up on a missing magazine and even got the publisher to include 2 additional magazines at the end of the subscription to make up for the missed delivery, in spite of the fact that neither the publisher nor DiscountMags was at fault. I usually check out several "discount" online services when ordering magazines, including DiscountMags. I've often found their prices to be the lowest and their service always top-notch. As well, when I've had problems with publisher fulfillment (i. E., not getting my subscription), DiscountMags' customer service has always looked into the problem promptly and resolved it satisfactorily. Highly recommended!
I was missing one issue of my US magazine, September 21,2020. DiscountMags got in touch with the publisher and I was to receive a second 21st issue, however my missin issue showed up on 10/1 along with my 10/3 issue. The publisher is adding an additional issues at the end of my subscription to make up for the problem I certainly didn't expect this, but I am very pleased about it. Alexis at DiscountMags followed through from the beginning and she emailed me each step of the way. Both DiscountMags and the publisher were wonderful.
Sent an email to them and received a prompt solution to my issue.

I've been shopping at Discountmags for a few years and never had any issues with my orders. I ordered a magazine for my mother for her birthday and it never arrived, I was so disappointed. I contacted the company and I received a response within hours asking for further details, I gave the customer care rep (Alexis) more info. She was so professional and quick to respond, I was amazed. She handled my situation immediately and followed up like she said she would. Excellent customer service is rare these days, Alexis is a rockstar and I hope she receives further recognition by Discountmags. I'm happy to be a long term customer. I would highly recommend this company.
Not unlike many reviews here I went for their flashy prices. Sat and the farthest date for magazine delivery on The New Yorker came and went. Oh let me "contact the publisher" they said. I waited, that week came and went. I had to send a form feed letter from my credit card company to get my money back. Seems like they go ahead and invest your money for a few months while you wait for a refund.
The magazine finally arrived August 7,2020.
It took almost five months. My mother in law finally got her Mother's Day gift!
I purchased this magazine for my mother in law's Mother's Day gift. It still has not arrived. I notified them on July 8,2020. They said they'd look into it.

I tried to extend an existing subscription for a weekly magazine 2 weeks before it expired. Easy, right? No--they treated it as a NEW subscription, which takes 8-12 weeks to start. So I'm missing 10 weeks of my magazine with no recourse. And if the sub doesn't resume after 12 weeks, fat chance getting a refund. Won't be using this service any longer.
Answer: Hello Michele, You can find this information in your Order Confirmation email, which was sent to the email used at the time of purchase. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders. There will be an estimated delivery date in that email, keep in mind this is only an estimate as we do not ship magazines, and publishers do not use tracking. If you need anything else, let me know.
Answer: Discount Mags has a website that allows you to choose from hundreds of different types of magazines. From Good Housekeeping to Car and Driver. They have many different categories to choose from. Their subscription prices are very reasonable. Also the customer service is absolutely the best. Check out their website. You are going to love what you see.
Answer: Hi Diane. That would depend on the actual magazine and the frequency in which it prints. I can give a better estimate if you can provide the title(s). Do you mean 15-20 of the same magazine as a bulk order or 15-20 different magazines? Regardless, shipping time is industry standard for each publisher and would be the same regardless of where you order. One retailer cannot ship a magazine any quicker than another retailer since it's all being printed and shipped from the same place.
Answer: Hi Susan, you can certainly renew through DiscountMags but I fear there may be a slight lapse in your subscription if you renew 30 days before expiration. We recommend that customers submit renewal 60-90 days before expiration to guarantee there isn't a lapse.
Answer: Nanci, the delivery estimate range on New Yorker for your order is between 12/05/2020 and 01/02/2021 as stated on the order confirmation page and in email. Believe us, if there was a way to get subscriptions to customers sooner, we would! This is industry standard no matter where you place the order. We do not print and deliver the magazines ourselves. We work with thousands of publishers all of which handle their own printing and delivery.
