I ordered my magazine over 2 months ago and it is still processing. I feel like the discount just isn't worth that long of a wait. Yet my email gets flooded with offers every day. Why would I purchase anything else when the wait for the one is taking so long? I wont be purchasing anything else from them and will delete my account once my subscription is over
This subscription was a gift to my grandson. As of today, November 21 2023, he has not received a single issue of this subscription. At this point, the Better Business Bureau and my local District Attorney are looking like my Avenue to either receive a refund, or to ensure that my grandson receives ALL issues that I have subscribed to.
I was hoping for a better deal as this 3-year subscription was only slightly better than renewing directly with the magazine.
Discount Mags is definitely the best Magazine subscription service available today. Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is excellent. They treat all their customers like family. They work very hard to keep all their subscription holders happy. They are absolutely the best.
I ordered subscription of magazine and the only thing I received was tons of spam. Customer service does nothing with that for weeks. They warn you that response can take up to 10 days, but even after that there is totally no update. I feel they have stolen my money and don't care now
You will have to wait a very long time to get your first issue, they claim they have no control over when the publisher sends out the magazines. Fine, but they provide no support if you call or even if you fill out their online form, they are just an intermediary. It's not worth the aggravation, just pay a few more bucks and there's no waiting and you'll get people who care and want to help.
Have ordered many magazines from Discountmags.com over several years. I continue to use it because of the several thousand magazines offered, the prices are almost (but not always) the lowest and most important, I can rely on them to always deliver a first issue within 7-8 weeks. In the rare cases where there are delays they reply to my inquiry fast and follow up with a date certain. Their website allows me to see all my active subscriptions and when they are due for renewal. Email notice of renewal comes at least two weeks before the end so I have plenty of time to make a decision. An important feature is setting a "Discount Lock" at first subscription or renewal, so Discountmags agrees to renew for me at the current price even if the publisher increases the price. There is no charge for this, and it does not commit me to renew. I get notified at renewal and can renew or not. On the website I can see all subscriptions for which I have set a Discount Lock and can cancel it at any time.
Order placed in Dec, it is now the middle of March, silence…

Being in the wine business, i like to stay update to date with wine magazines. DiscountMags has a pretty good selection and they're my go to for magazines.
Im responsible for subscriptions for our library and have been ordering from Discountmags for many years. They've been easy to deal with and its affordable for our little library.
Site is pretty easy to navigate and i like the payment options. Magazines are usually on time but when they're not, i've found that due to USPS putting a magazine in my neighbors inbox. Neighbors are usually kind enough to let me know. Overall pretty good service.

Have used Discountmags.com for a few years now. You can't find better prices elsewhere and their customer service is top notch. Customer service is really what makes or breaks a business and they have consistently excelled. I absolutely love their DiscountLock feature and have renewed several magazines throughout the years at the promotional price. I contacted them to say thank you during this Thanksgiving season and was asked to leave a review here which I am happy to do.

There will be an estimated delivery date in that email, keep in mind this is only an estimate as we do not ship magazines, and publishers do not use tracking. If you need anything else, let me know.
Answer: Discount Mags has a website that allows you to choose from hundreds of different types of magazines. From Good Housekeeping to Car and Driver. They have many different categories to choose from. Their subscription prices are very reasonable. Also the customer service is absolutely the best. Check out their website. Answer: Hi Diane. That would depend on the actual magazine and the frequency in which it prints. I can give a better estimate if you can provide the title(s). Do you mean 15-20 of the same magazine as a bulk order or 15-20 different magazines? Regardless, shipping time is industry standard for each publisher and would be the same regardless of where you order. One retailer cannot ship a magazine any quicker than another retailer since it's all being printed and shipped from the same place.
Answer: Hi Susan, you can certainly renew through DiscountMags but I fear there may be a slight lapse in your subscription if you renew 30 days before expiration. We recommend that customers submit renewal 60-90 days before expiration to guarantee there isn't a lapse.
Answer: Nanci, the delivery estimate range on New Yorker for your order is between 12/05/2020 and 01/02/2021 as stated on the order confirmation page and in email. Believe us, if there was a way to get subscriptions to customers sooner, we would! This is industry standard no matter where you place the order. We do not print and deliver the magazines ourselves. We work with thousands of publishers all of which handle their own printing and delivery.
