They have ripped off hundreds, reported thus far, with their deceptive business practices. My story is the same as everyone elses. I ordered the free trial for 4.95, no visible T&C, rude CS reps, refusal to refund money etc etc etc... I contacted the BBB and the Fla attorney general called me at home a few days later. The BBB gave them a rating of F. I hear there is a pending class action lawsuit. Stay away, buy local from your convenience store or smoke shop.

E-cig is a huge SCAM. They lure you in with a free promotion all you have to pay is $4.95. What they don't tell you is they continue to charge your account (ie. 109.95 and 69.95) then after many phone calls and e-mails they reluctantly refund your money. I called three times and left e-mails to which they didn't show any concern whatsoever. Finally they gave me a return number and then said they would refund the money when they received the bullcrap product they sent to me which I didn't even order... I have contacted an attorney and this is just a beginning of the journey I'm on...

I found e-cig's ad online, and for $4.95, I figured I had nothing to lose. When the order came it a couple weeks later, I tried the product and was sadly disappointed; I couldn't taste anything, and I used it only once.
It had been more than a month since the experience, and I had forgotten about it when I received an email that I had been billed for $109, so I called (the only number listed) and was informed that I had been told, and had agreed to the terms. I remember reading the agreement carefully, and saw nothing about any further contractual agreements. I emailed them that I considered this policy as a fraudulent crime and that I was contacting my attorney.
I was under the impression that it was illegal for a company to charge a consumer for fees beyond the initial agreement.
Can someone tell me if this practice (charging a consumer for fees beyond the initial agreement) is legal?

This company is running the same scam as getsmokelessnow.com and although they deny it I'm sure they are the same. They offer a free starter package and then make unauthorized charges to your credit card. Read the terms and conditions to see how you will be ripped off.
