I wouldn't even give them 1 star but it forced me to rate them!

As the title states do not order from this company- put them out of business. They are literally drop shipping subpar components from some kids basement.

For me, ordered, charged, item shipped, item lost for 9 days now and they refuse to issue a refund, reship my order or even file a claim with the USPS. They say it is "out of their control"! WTF kind of answer is that?

Our car club refuses to ever do business with them again. I suggest you do the same!

Don't waste your time here unless for a basic bulb to led swap. Order a kit with different components and when you need to replace them Diode Dynamics has NO FN IDEA WHAT THEY SOLD YOU OR WHAT WORKS WITH THEM.

I've been running their LED headlights for a little over three years. When I had an unexpected headlight failure, I recached out to their customer service to enquire about warranty coverage fearing I was outside of the service window. Without hesitation, they said they would ship me a replacement LED. If that is not service, I don't know what is! Thank you Cameron! I would not hesitate to recommend them and their products to anyone in the market. Thank you Diode Dynamics! You have earned a customer for life!

Diode Dynamics needs to invest in quality control. The worst LED headlights period. Manufacturing can't be this bad, but it is! I'm on my 4th bulb in 2 months. Diode Dynamics says the issue is with a power surge. If it's a power surge, then why does the right bulb go out, then a week later, the left bulb...? Hard to believe since different bulbs burn out, the truck battery is $600 to prevent power surges since everything is electronic in the vehicle, run by a computer. I had the same horrible QC issue with a truck 5 years ago, bulbs would last less than 30 days. Buy other headlights and save yourself the hassle of calling to get a POS replacement bulb.

Bulbs lasted just over 1 year. Product is under warranty, but company tried to make me pay shipping and import taxes/duties for a replacement. Cut my losses and went back to OEM bulbs.

Called to order led headlights - provided info requested
Product sent didn't fit- drive 1 1/2 hrs each way to have installed
Paid labor to have mechanic install- didn't fit
They don't know what they are doing re some vehicle re
Info and refuse to reimburse for labor
The truth comes our- good luck if you need accurate info
And expect reimbursement for their miss information

I do not recommend this company. They make mistakes they don't want to make up for, circumstantial and uncomprehending, avoid this company.
