The online experience is great. I placed an order on the 4th of May this month and haven't heard when it will be shipped. I guess there is a lot of online orders coming in that slow things up.
After receiving a couple of emails about my order being confirmed and the points a received for my order, I received another email indicating my complete order was cancelled. That email stated I was given an 80% discount on one of the items in my order, due to system error, and they needed to cancel my complete order, not just the item discounted in error, because they couldn't edit the order. The email also stated the item wasn't even in stock, and that I could decide to reorder without the discounted item, and if not, thanks for shopping with them and they hope they can help me out in the future. They thank me for shopping, if I decide not to reorder? They cancelled my order, without an apology (starting an email with "Sorry, due to..." is not an apology) or any kind of accommodation for their error. The "shopping" experience was a total contrast with my real shopping experience using another online magic store.
If I could do a minus on this company I would. The quality is poor and even though I followed their instructions on my return they will not refund for the two cheap purses I sent back to them. I am out of the money I spent! Do not order anything from this company! You can see the bag they came in all smashed together!

Ordered specific items, was charged correctly but a day later received an email stating that I received a refund. There was no explanation as to why and I had to contact them to see what was going on. Apparently 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock. Why did the system allow me to order the items if they were not in inventory? Very disappointed. Too late to order somewhere else in time for Christmas gifting. Will have to rethink ordering here next time.
My order was very late in arriving and eventually was retuned to Diamond's Magic where it had to be re-shipped and I did eventually receive it. However,
In between, little was done to reassure me another item would be sent to me if I did not receive my order. The USPS was blamed but Diamond Magic did not immediately step up to take responsibility for getting me my order. The overall attitude conveyed to me was disappointing...
Sorry abiut your dissapointment. We did everything we could to track and communicate the status of the order. I a, afraid that is the best anyone can do. We hope to have the opportunity to do business with you again in the future

The quality of the handbags are awful, made in China and looks more like pleather, not leather. Do yourself a favor and go to Target. You'd do much better there. I am totally disappointed and feeling ripped off. The whole slogan of Facebook was a scam. This company has been going out of business since 2019. Shame on me for not doing my research before ordering. Lesson learned!

Thievery. That pretty much sums it up. Crappy, awful-junk quality. They refuse to offer refund unless I spend $50 to ship the crap back. The bag isn't worth that, nor did I pay that much for it. The color is off, the pocket seam is crappy, and the leather is questionable, but they would rather get a bad review than make the customer happy. So here it is.

Here it is October 23,2022 and I still haven't received my order they told me to get a hold of the Post office which I did they told me that my package was sent back to Diamond's Magic Oct 5 I believe it was and Diamond's Magic Company claims that they never received it and that the post office never sent them a notice! I sent them snapshots of the messages from the post office and they still haven't responded back to me! I don't think it should be my responsibility to have to hunt down my package this is bull$#*! I'm at the end of my rope with this company, they took my money and sent me NOTHING! I did file a claim against this company with the Better Business Bureau but I haven't heard anything back yet!? Order was accepted and charged to card. The item being shipped was then reversed and funds returned with no explanation. Not impressed.
Shop closed last week and stock was in transit, rather than making you wait for us to find what you ordered if in fact it was still in stock we decided to refund and cancel the order. Sorry if the email did not sufficiently explain.
My order was completely canceled, even though all the items that I selected stated they were in stock.
Best of inventory systems are wrong occasionally. You only had a couple of items and with the shop closing in two weeks I explained that inventory is even more volatile

The wheel that pops up is annoying as $#*!. The site is hard to navigate and theres plenty of bugs, at least while using it on mobile. Things dont line up, etc. its gross.

I placed order number 3496 with Diamond's Magic on 6 September. My credit card has been billed, and I received an email telling me that I would be advised when my purchase was shipped. The website indicated that the material I purchased was in stock at the time I placed the order. It has now been 7 days, and I have received no shipping info, or any indication that my order was being filled.
Where is my order, or where is my refund?
I loved the service. The only thing that annoyed me was when an item was in my cart and it was out of stock, it didn't tell me until checkout. Beside that, great service loved it. Thank you.
Ordered merchandise online. They indicated that items would be shipped immediately. After one week I called and they said that the item that was in stock is now out of stock and would not be in for another week. They never bothered to call me and inform me that in fact they did not have the product that I order. They left me in limbo. I was not happy.
As you may have read, this is not a common occurrence for us. During the holiday season things become even more difficult to manage but stock levels are never perfect, cannot be as we sell on mobile, the web, remotely, and in Store. We do our best, when a product is marked in stock but in fact is not at the time of the order to inform the purchaser immediately. We did not succeed in this case and for that we apologize.
While I like the idea of supporting the "little guy" when practical, I'm tired of dealing with online shops that can't manage their POS and inventory. An item I ordered was APPARENTLY out of stock; I got a refund with no explanation, and just received the rest of the order.
