Diamond Paintings Store

Received an improperly packaged painting shipped in bubblewrap, trying to buy my mom a Christmas gift. I emailed for a return and they requested 5 pictures of damage. Email was marked as 'containing a virus' and won't reply or send now. Returns email listed on website is fake. Doubt I'll get anything back.

It took forever for my order to arrive & when it did arrive it was incomplete, then a few days later another painting arrived but I'm still short Cheshire Cat painting that never arrived. There is no way to contact anyone to inquire about your order status whatsoever, you can actually leave a message on Twitter or Instagram but they do not reply & I doubt they read those messages. So the order is still incomplete & the paintings that did arrive were crinkled from each corner all the way down the edge from being wrapped incorrectly & bound with a rubber band. If my entire order arrived I'd still only have given it two stars. It says on their site "thousands of great reviews" but there's no reviews to be found but the few found here on sitejab.
If you value your money & sanity do not buy anything from this company. I'm leaving the photo of my receipt as proof of my purchase.

I submitted an order for my wife, as a Mother's Day gift. We knew that the product would not arrive on time, as the COVID-19 ripples had disrupted supply lines, but it's been 3 months now, and not only has the package never arrived, but Diamondpaintings.store won't respond to any of my 3 emails over the last few weeks.

No product, no response, and no refunds.

This is not a legitimate business. Don't let them steal from you they way they stole from me.
