When my order never arrived, I eventually wrote them an email and was sent 2 canned responses, advising that I would hear from them between 24 and 48 hours from then.

That was 3 weeks ago. I've sent 2 followup emails to them since that one. In the last one, I directly asked if they were a scam site.

They have never responded.
