From the beginning of the online order to receiving the final product, the entire experience was amazing. I love the ring I designed, and it looks exactly as I imagined it would. Although the initial order process online was fine, what followed was not very impressive.
Shortly after the order was placed they informed me they sold the diamond I selected so another had to be substituted. Then there was a delay in production and in shipping.
When I was informed the package shipped, I noticed it required a signature. I called Diamondere three times and left two messages in hopes to change the delivery destination as I am not home during the day.
Needless to say they couldn't be bothered to return a call and had a very difficult time getting the package from UPS.
The final piece looked nice but the chain was in such knots it required 20 minutes and a pair of tweezers to fix it.
Not terribly impressed.
Ordered online and was followed up by phone. Process went off without a glitch. Package came delivered under signature by UPS. My wife was pleased with the result.
The ring I ordered was received promptly with great communication the whole time. It's a beautiful ring and I even got a stone upgrade because the one I chose wasn't available!
