I ordered a custom wedding band to match the engagement ring I bought from Diomondere. It came in sooner than expected, and it's perfect. However, I do prefer that the certificate physically come with the ring. Engagement ring had that. This one was an email. Definitely prefer the certification card with the ring.

I received a ring that was supposedly heirloom and sent to gemologist and yet it arrived in a box and not a single piece of information on the ring. Maybe a scam site- who knows. I do know it's not like any other jewelry experience I've had.

Looked to upgrade my wedding band, and I'm so impressed and pleased with my decision to do so with Diamondere! I love my new ring, as does my wife. Thank all of you for making this happen. Even had to customize a bit, and was a very easy process

I received my order on the day before my flight. There was no engraving and no receipt in the box. But the necklace looks gorgeous. Thank you. I personally will also have liked a physical certification of authenticity, so that my fiance will have no doubts on the authenticity

Customer service is great. The order process is a bit tedious but if you're not in a hurry then no problem. The ring and band is exquisite but they arrived in two different gold tones. I was told that I have to send them back and wait another 3-4 weeks to get it fixed. There should be a better quality control protocol before sending the order to the customer the first time.

From browsing to purchasing to delivery, my experience was great. This ring is absolutely beautiful and perfect to accompany my wedding set on my ring finger. Ruby is my birthstone (July) but rubies w/ diamonds mean eternal love. Perfect for me!

The ring is very pretty however it is smaller than I expected. I thought the band was wider because it was easy to see the intricate design when viewed on the website. I have to use a magnifying glass to see the beautiful design in the actual ring. It is still pretty but more dainty than expected.

The ring came well packed and I can't wait to show my fiance. It matches my mother's ring perfectly, which we will use in our wedding.

They forgot the ring engraving, everything else was very good, the ring is beautiful
