The ring is beautiful and the process and representatives were easy to talk to and ask questions as I needed to extend the return window. I ordered many months early and they kindly extended the return window, but I do not think I will need it as the ring is stunning. The gemstone qualifications came digitally and the shipping process was great as well, it was sent from the gemologist.

I ordered a set of gemstone rings containing my spouse and I's birthstones for a Valentine's Day gift. I ordered these very close to Valentine's Day and did not expect to receive them in time, which was totally understandable. Diamondere made it easy to request a custom set of stone choices for the designs that I liked and I submitted that request for each ring; from then on, it was difficult to keep in consistent communication with the team about the request itself and then further during the building process. Initially I received a response about both of the custom rings that I requested, but then I had to nudge them when I only received an order form for 1 ring. The design of one ring was different than I had requested, but I actually liked their choice more; I clarified that I wanted them to keep the new design and discard what I had requested, but then they changed it back to what I requested for the initial order form. Phone calls and emails went without response until I received the final order form that was all correct. After placing the order successfully, Diamondere committed to quality and kept me semi-regularly updated about the build process and when they were taking extra time to make adjustments that extended the time-to-ship. I recognize that building custom jewelry takes time, and I think the update cadence eventually reached my expectations; this is the only reason I did not rate the experience a full 5 stars. I think everyone ordering from Diamondere should expect a very high-quality result arriving at their door, and I would suggest them (and have) to anyone looking for a custom piece or set. If they hone their communication process, this would be an absolutely outstanding experience for every reason.

While using the website to get a ring custom made it was a smooth and streamed lined process. Unfortunately there were some delays, but emailing them they remained in consistent contact letting me know and updates and air mailed me my ring and got it the next day
From ordering to receiving, it was a flawless and constant updates and communication. I was able to see where my ring was and where it was in the process.
Delivery was delayed about a week but the ring is perfect!
