I purchased a nightstand to complete my set on 6/19/18 and it has not shipped nor have I received a refund after multiple attempts by calling their support line. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I ordered a product July 3rd and at midnight pacific time on July 19th it was still showing on back ordered. For over a week I tried cancelling on line so today July 20th at 9:15 AM pacific time it was still showing back order on line so I called and wouldn't you know while while on the phone it was already being shipped and after a lengthy hold had a shipping number. I checked with FedX and the item was still at the warehouse and not picked up yet. I asked that they pull it and was refused. This company has no customer service at all. I explained my husband had just passed and I no longer needed the item and was told no bad but nothing they could do. Heartless company. I should have known when not a member of BBB. Should be zero stars or negative.
