DHL Frankfurt.Couriers they choose only the girls name to deliver them trying to make a love story with them...If they read a man's name, they do not deliver the parcel or just call.Just forget about that.They will throw your parcel anywhere in their archive.
Then call their artificial stupidity system, to try to reach their customer hell service...A horrible experience, I do not wish it even to my enemies.
If anyone from DHL does not agree, I send you three parcels number in my name ( blocked by DHL) for no raison.The same parcel type was sent to an Ukrainian women, it came quickly to her house and the "couriers " came two times to her house and called her many times, then they left a receipt in her post box...
Be careful from such dirty gang of sexually sick DHL team, protected by the German law of goats...
Although I was at home all day on 04.April 2023 & waited for the parcel, DHL claims:
(1) The recipient was not found.
(2) Due to an address error, the shipment could not be delivered.
The parcel was NOT delivered. NO message was left in the letterbox or on the door. The parcel was simply returned.
This DHL experience is not new. I have experienced it many times before.
I suspect that delivery staff are under enormous time pressure, but this is completely ignored by management.
DHL Germany lost an insured (and large) parcel sent to the USA on the 22nd of January and still I have not been paid any money. Instead I get an unhelpful customer service representative assigned to my case asking for the same details every month or so in order to keep delaying paying any money to me. Also DHL has not once apologised for losing this expensive item - this company is a disgrace.
