The customer service experience was great. I've ordered leotards from Destira before and haven't had any issues, but the leos included in the mystery pack didn't fit. I will probably not purchase from this site again.

Pretty easy overall. My daughter is always on the trickier side to size because she is very thin but tall. The specific size charge made it easier to guess which one to get her.
Selecting for pattern and price was easy after that. Quick shipping and good communication from Destira too.

This leotard has been a hit with the kiddo and the gym! She came back from practice saying that everyone had come up to her saying how beautiful the leotard was. She is an older gymnast (12+) and is pickier with prints so I was really happy that she loved it! I also liked that the leotard could be worn for halloween or anytime throughout the year, she is the kind of kid who doesn't like to wear holiday leos outside of the holidays so we're very careful to get leotards that are more general while also fun to wear around certain holidays.

Destira leotards are amazing. We have successfully ordered several and they fit according to the size chart. Our recent purchase didn't fit so we sent it back (easily) and ordered a different one, which just came today. :)

We love the size and quality of items we have purchased in the past and that is why we pay more than I would like to for leotards. I hated the designs of the mystery items we got and they will be gifted to friends because they are useful just not anything we would wear.

I purchased several items for my granddaughter for Christmas. I bought a set she already had. The exchange I needed was handled quickly and very easy to do. Thank you so much for the great service. My granddaughter loves her new gymnastic clothes!

Great sales! Fun holiday prints! So disappointed in the mystery leotard. It was for my 6 year old girl and we received a plain black leotard. Destira is known for their fun and amazing prints. Hence, why we choose to shop here! I never expected a plain black leotard. I didn't even know that these were sold. Any other plain color would have been fine...but BLACK!

Overall it was a pleasant online shopping experience for a first time buyer. The site is easy to navigate, and the sizing instructions were very user friendly to determine what size your child would need. The product I received looked just like the online photos and I was very pleased with what I purchased :)

My experience has always been great. I wish they would offer discount codes to returning customers though. I've ordered from you all about 6 times now and I was only able to use the HOORAY15 code one time. It would be nice if there was a discount code for returning customers.

Destira was wonderful in getting her leotard to us in time and in wonderful condition. She couldn't wait to try it on!

My daughter is a big fan of Destira fit (super comfy). We've ordered several times and lived everything we've received. However, this time, I ordered mystery leotards for the first time as a Christmas gift. One of our mystery leotards was a Christmas leotard, and without specifically buying a holiday set, I was not thrilled about this because I ended up having to give it to my daughter before Christmas (and I had already bought her the elf leotard for that)... Since she will probably only wear that leotard during the holidays, I have to cross fingers and hope it fits next year and feel I wasted money on the expectation of receiving a leotard she can wear all year. Besides that, we've always had lovely experiences with Destira purchases, and the prices are great when using coupon codes.

My nine year old daughter loves her new leotard. We followed the size guidelines provided and bought her a child's size large. It fits great. Comfy, stretchy and just what we were expecting based on the pictures on line.

It was good. They shipped quickly and no damage to the items. Only complaint is the thighs don't fit like the image does (as they are loose) but fits great at the waist and is till functional for gymnastics
