Excellent customer service!

We had ordered two pendant lights for our kitchen island and one of the frosted glass domes had some imperfections in the glass. It was only bothersome really because they didn't match. Had both included these little "speckles", I would have been fine with it because it would have looked intentional. I emailed pictures of both globes to show the difference and their customer service department responded right away and let me know they would send out a replacement glass. It arrived very quickly (about 7-10 days) and all is good, they look amazing (will look even better when our remodel is done;-). We love the lights and I am VERY impressed with the level of service we received.

I had a slight problem with an order that I made with Destination Lighting. I called the Customer Service number and spoke with a woman. She took care of me on the spot and resolved all of my concerns immediately, politely, and thoroughly. I would shop at Destination Lighting again in a heartbeat because of her and her customer service.
