Poor customer service

Received my order and it was incorrect. Immediately contacted them and has been over a week with no resolve. I've repeatedly asked for a correction. Very disappointed in customer service.

I want to exchange a pair of sun glass before they even shipped. But they ignored my emails and ship it anyway. Try to contact them, no one answer the phone calls and after long wait they put me into voice mail and they don't reply emails.
