Shopping on the website and payment was easy. Reps were nice, called back to confirm order and ask if there was enough space to deliver the refrigerator.Scheduling the delivery itself then was extremely difficult. I told the rep, that in 250 unit high rise, I need to book the elevator for a certain day for a four hour window. The night before a very rude man called me from the delivery company and told me, that they would show up before the booked time and that if they could not have the elevator, they would leave and I had to reschedule for another day. I called Designer Appliances and this delivery issue seemed to be very new for them. In the end the -very nice and careful- delivery men showed up at the right time and set up my new refrigerator. The shopping experience overall was good, but I highly recommend, that they hire another delivery company for Northern NJ.

The ordering process was easy and efficient and the price was great.
The delivery service was not so good. The delivery was supposed to have been scheduled before delivering and we were not contacted before the appliance was dropped in my driveway on ice while we were not home. The outer box had some damage and I have not had an opportunity to confirm the condition of the microwave yet although the inner box did not seem damaged.
