I ordered seeds from desertgardencare.com in July. It is now three months later & I don't have my seeds. I have sent him 7 emails asking for my seeds or my money back. The only commmunication that I have received is from the owner logging onto another site where I gave him a bad review (about a month ago). He tried to play it off as "things happen" and said that my seeds would be sent "soon". Like I said, that was a month ago & I have received no further communication from him
I ordered seeds from this website in July. It is now (late) September & he still hasn't shipped my seeds! I have sent him numerous email saying - if you're not going to ship me seeds - THEN RETURN MY MONEY!
He did sent a USPS notice about three weeks ago that seemed to indicate that perhaps - he may actually send the seeds. But alas - the tracking number still doesn't show the seeds as ACTUALLY BEING SHIPPED! It just says - the USPS has been notified to be ready for a package to be shipped, etc, etc...
I bought a kratom tree from here and the first one was stressed from shipping so I sent an email and was told to send it back for a replacement. It was replaced when they got more in stock. The second one came in good condition would order from again.
The owner is paranoid and refuses to provide customer service. Apparently thinks everybody,(that doesn't agree with him) has an "attitude", when HE IS THE ONE with the attitude. Check his feedback on eBay to find tales of shipping one inch "trees" for $50+ dollars, and doesn't guarantee them! STAY AWAY!
