Bad Customer Service - Avoid them like they avoid you when you try to contact them for something that has gone wrong. I ordered a pair of pants from them last week. The item description on the website said the inseam was 33 inches. The pants that I received had an inseam of 28 inches. I emailed them pointing out this error, send screenshots of the item description and a very detailed photo of the tape measure only showing a 28 inch inseam. They haven't responded to date. I tried to send another email and it came back undeliverable (as though they have blocked me from contacting them). My order number is now unsearchable on their site, and worse of all... they have now removed the inseam measurement from the product description page. This is next level deceptive from a "reputable" brand. This is my first and LAST order I will ever place with this company.

Tip for consumers:
Measurements are not-trustworthy, and if you challenge them on it, they will remove the listing from their site.
This was my first time shopping from them and I made the big mistake of purchasing a couple of expensive trousers from their final sale and purchased one size up from the regular size I wear knowing that designer brands tend to run small. Boy, when the items arrived. I realized that these were at least two sizes smaller than other brands. I would sure they would be understanding and allow me to exchange these for a larger size or for a different item like other stores have for first-time customers (exchange or even refund me), but they basically said no, so I'm stuck with an expense of $300+ that I can't even wear. Very sad and I will certainly never look at this brand again due to this very poor customer service experience!
I have tested many kinds of perfumes but after testing this i am now only using this i gave this perfume to my friend as a gift also she liked it
